Trish went out of her way to take control of the situation and made sure that I wasn't taken advantage of by the contractors. She made she that everything was done to make the house look absolutely beautiful. The house literally sold in 24 hours!!! I can't say enough great things about Trish. She is the utmost professional and I would give her ten stars if I could! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a house in the Myrtle Beach area.

Within 3 short days into the home search she helped us find the perfect home, then professionally negotiated to fit within our preferred price range. She was extremely patient and kind with us as first time buyers, and very understanding of our needs and never ending questions. She told us she would not let us buy a home that she herself would not purchase, assuring us the best home for the best price. She even provided property condition tips along the way when viewing the homes. Trish is obviously very passionate about doing right by her clients. She delivers what she promises and we feel very fortunate to have worked with her. It was a friendly and comfortable process for us because of her. Do not hesitate to give her a call when buying or selling a home. Integrity can be a rare commodity in business these days. For Trish, integrity is everything. Trish was the consummate professional and very trustworthy, (and fun!) to work with during the entire process.

WORST experience with an agent I have ever had selling my home!!!…read more I have sold and bought lots of homes , this agent is absolutely horrible. Initially, we discussed commission in which she said hers was 3% and we would offer the other agent other than herself a 1%. I signed the contract. I received (verballyI was never presented a contract) an offer, negotiated on a price.. I've never experienced that before usually there's a contract? And when all of this was going on, somehow, the commission went to 5%??? a conversation that we never had other than the 4%. She told me that she had given the other agent half of her percentage, but she did do that, but without any OK for me, she gave another 1 % to him which I was going to pay for then getting upset with me because I was taking money away from her. She didn't have the money she was gonna have to pay for this and that which I've never encountered before for someone to tell me they were losing money because of our agreement, we had made prior to all of this and then accusing me of not speaking to her about the 4%..... finally they agreed with my price, and then between her anger and being upset with me, she stated she had given the other agent (who happened to be in her office) until noon to get a contract made up because the person wanting to buy my home was at a lender's office? So something else that's never happened to me before is someone was offering to buy my home without a contract and now I learned he hadn't been preapproved as well. She also wrote me an infuriated email, because I told her I was not going to sell my home. In her email she stated and I quote., " I'll come and pick my shit up." Very inappropriate behavior unprofessional. And with every negotiation that we dealt with she always wanted me to take the deal. The first offer was $17,000 less than what I was asking for, the second offer was $11,000 less than what I was asking for! She knew I was not going to give my house away for nothing yet she persisted Stating my upgrades were pleasurable items that I enjoyed while I live there and that sometimes we don't get that money back..... A few days later, I get a call from someone else in her office stating they had someone that wanted to buy my house and would I be interested in having him come over and look at the house and get the buyer to buy it ? I asked., " don't I need a contract first" very dodgy... and one more thing I have called three times to Sherri the broker manager, and left three messages stating I would like to speak to her regarding an agent. She has never returned my call. That says volumes. There's a lot of companies out there now. Just beware of this one and hopefully you'll get a good agent that has your interest not theirs as far as making money.!!! Good luck

Jennifer would you like me to email you the recorded meeting from Nov 13th in which you claim I was disruptive? I have many claims from that meeting as well and all are documented. My community has been desperate for truthful answers for over a month. Seems like the fastest way to get you involved is by leaving a one-star. That is sad in my opinion. I have just a few, out of MANY emails that show continued dismissal of owners questions, zero transparency, overstepping boundries set within our bylaws. Since you brought up the paving project Jennifer Harmon, can you tell me if Noble is in full compliance with our bylaws when it came the assessments and the project? Should the paving project have even been a discussion, worse yet, been approved and then thousands of dollars demanded from the homeowners? I am very confused and do look forward to any clarity to provide. Also, would a two-year contract be a violation of Section 19b (pic of question asked numerous times to Diane attached), Can you please let me know if Noble should have entertained and then accepted a two year contract, as I am very confused on Nobles actions. Its been weeks and multiple emsils to diane with no response. I wish Noble would handle things professionally. I have over 50 email exchanges showcasing i have and still attempt to. Do you? You attempt to discredit and defame me by calling me disruptive, telling a story with no evidence. That is extremely hurtful and of course I want to defend my integrity so other futures homeowners in the area will not have the unfortunate experience of living in a community that Noble has any psrt of. How about asking why your clients are so unhappy. Maybe hold your staff accountable to higher professional standards. Instead, it seems you deflect. Typical Noble conduct from my experience unfortunately. Dont claim i am "disruptive." I am not a doormat and that is what you company thinks its clients are. Let me know if you want me to send you the recorded meeting of Nov 13th. Have a blessed day
