The Home Cooker has a separate Yelp page: https://yelp.to/qTKq/gmx9ZUpwT3 It's super conveniently located off of exit 41. There is an Old Town Grill practically in the same parking lot, and even more restaurant options within walking distance. The bathroom is clean. The men and women's bathrooms are each in different areas of the store, which was a bit confusing at first. Because more of the truckers enter in the back, and they're mostly all male, it makes sense. My favorite thing is the fountain drinks. All sizes are $.99. The styrofoam cups are thin, so be careful... I learned the hard way.

I had expiring #tmobile fuel rewards points to use by Friday. There was not any difficulty entering the account information at the fuel pump outside for the price discount. The price of gas was better than what I saw back at home which pleased me. The store was very clean and organized. I took my grandson in to use the men's bathroom. It was as expected for a gas station on the road a little bit worn in appearance but clean and well stocked with toilet paper. There were good snacks by the door like bags of Doritos that caught the eye of both my grandson and I but my wise daughter had packed food for the road so we continued out to the car. The employee at the checkout counter was having a friendly exchange with another customer when we entered and he wished us a good day as we excited. Inside I observed the appropriate #covid19 safety precautions being taken in the store (masks and social distancing). Until next time be kind to each other. #shell #minitmart #gasstation #roadtrip #familyfun #doretos #vacation

Came to London, KY for a business trip today. Decided to stop at Valero on the London/Somerset exit…read more(41) before going to my hotel. I walked in and was immediately deafened by the loud music playing on the radio. Literally couldn't even hear myself think. The inside was fairly gross, with spilled coffee stains on the floor, floors that looked like they haven't been swept or mopped this morning, items in places where they shouldn't even remotely be, and not to mention the bathroom was disgusting. I don't normally leave reviews for places, as it's really not my business because I understand being short-staffed, having no cleaning crew, etc., but the woman with purple hair who worked the register really just set the tone for this establishment. She spoke to the older gentlemen in front of me with a very rude tone, every other word that came out of her mouth was vulgar and LOUD. She seemed more interested in the young girl that was behind the counter than she was in actually doing her job. If I ever have to come back to London for another business trip, I will NEVER stop here again, and I sure as hell will not recommend it to anyone traveling that way.
