You can feel their warmth and kindness within seconds of meeting them. They went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for. They allowed me to come the night before my wedding and take over the entire bar area to get as much set up as possible. They helped with the entire set up process, and even allowed me to borrow one of their tents to block access to a certain area...they even set it up for us and added lights to make it look beautiful. The day of the wedding, they helped some of the wedding party to get everything into the correct areas and looking beautiful. Deena saved the day by making sure the alter looked amazing when the groom and groomsmen ran out of time. Overall, they provided a wonderful, relaxed wedding experience and attempted to make the day as calm as possible. I would 100% recommend having your wedding or your next event there. From Anna, Amanda, and their latest addition Tiffani! They were available to answer our questions (we had plenty) and help us through anything during our planning process. We chose to use their catering for both rehearsal dinner and wedding and everyone greatly enjoyed the meals. Everyone was super kind, friendly, attentive, and helpful. Despite only having met Tiffani twice before the wedding, she was very supportive and seemed to genuinely want to be there to help us. The day of the wedding, there were some slight hiccups but they managed to pull it together and execute the vision we had. One thing that took us by surprise was that despite having a complimentary open bar, guests would be charged for imported beer. During our initial meeting we were told the open bar would include bottom shelf liquor, beers, and seltzers. When asked what the beer selection would be we were told coors, michelobs, modelo, corona, lagunitas and white claws but there was no mention of additional charges for any of those items. I understand imported may be more expensive but it would have been good to know and inform our guests ahead of time rather than finding out during reception. There was a slight mixup with the cross not being setup at our ceremony location, which had been discussed multiple times prior and the day of, but they were able to get it done just before the ceremony started. (not a big deal to me but if you're a Type A bride keep in mind that things can happen.) Another thing that stuck with me was hearing the staff badmouth each other. I was waiting to be taken to the ceremony and they were bad-mouthing their peer which seemed a bit unprofessional. Later on, the staff took pictures in the photobooth, which we encouraged them to do, but only to see some were flipping off the camera. This wasn't a big deal for me but our guests had access to all of the pictures taken that night and it was brought to our attention. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone! Even on a warm summer day we were able to get a beautiful shaded location for the ceremony with a nice breeze. It was the perfect location!

First off, we were limited to 6 types of alcohol. When I arrived I saw three 750 ml bottles of each liquor behind the bar. I assumed there was more in storage, but just as dinner was starting I was told they ran out of some items and they closed the bar. WHAT?? I paid to have the bar OPEN all night. Our "day of coordinator" offered to go buy more but they wouldn't serve it. We had to wait 45 minutes or more for Director of Operations to get more from another venue and eventually they reopened. Meanwhile they refused to serve what items they still had to guests who came to the bar and were very RUDE to guests. My nephew came up to get the bride and groom a drink and was denied. Fortunately he persisted and they reluctantly made him some drinks. They wouldn't even give my brother a Diet Coke which he could clearly see in the fridge behind the bar. Another thing is....the contract says "no shots". I get that they don't want groups of people throwing back shots and becoming unruly, but some people just like to sip on some scotch or bourbon neat or on ice. They wouldn't prepare that. They insisted you had to have a mixer. I don't consider Crown on the Rocks a "shot". The Director offered me a $500 credit on a $7000+ bar bill but that doesn't excuse the rude behavior of the bartenders. I'll leave the other shortcomings for my daughter-in-law to review but very disappointed with the bar.
