For 4 months we were given various excuses "door isn't in stock", "wrong door has been sent", "door is no longer manufactured", "found one in stock and will be despatched". In July was told door has been delivered. We turned up to see door and was told by the owner that it was at another site. Eventually the owner admitted that it hadn't been delivered! Owner promised to have a door custom made and when arrived to measure up refused to replace door and insisted on repairing. We accepted the repair on the understanding that if repair ineffective then door would be replaced. We requested this in writing on 4 occasions and 4 weeks later we are still waiting. Received no communication from company. We had to make every phone call and email. Not only did we have a bad experience but so did a relative.

We…read morecontacted them for a quote and the salesman came out , he was easy to talk to and not at all pushy , we said we didn't want and inflated quote , so that he could just call his manager to get it reduced, we wanted a good straight forward quote , which is what we got . Once we placed the order the surveyor came out , all well and the installation appointment was made . The two fitters arrived on time as arranged and were very professional clean and tidy , I'm a bit Ott and was worried about paintwork being damaged but to my surprise everything was as it was.
