I didn't feel good about her making the drive, so began exploring other options. Car service would have been over $200, but I discovered a shuttle than runs between a number of hotels and the airport. Made my way to Carson Valley Inn and was picked up promptly at 4:40p - paid $24 - and walked through the airport doors at 6:15p. Definitely not as fast as driving, but in the future it'll be much more convenient for my mom to pick me up at CVI than making the trek to Reno. Throughout the trip, I was impressed at the driver hit every single stop at the exact minute he was scheduled to be there. I got the sense from talking with the valet at Carson Valley Inn that the shuttle has a reputation for being extremely prompt. There was only one other person on the bus with me; it was her first time taking it too. Here's a list of the stops the shuttle makes: Gardnerville Community Center Carson Valley Inn Holiday Inn Express Minden Courtyard Marriott Carson City Carson City Transportation Center Reno Airport Reno National Bowling Center Hopefully more people hop on board! Everything went fantastic. However, for the game tickets it is best if you download the Monsters' App too. And realize for the price - your tickets are in the end zones. Fifteen of us were able to party up and arrive safely home. Both bus drivers were professional and possessed a sense of humor! Found the desk to purchase tickets for shuttle which had sign that said no was there after 10 pm and to talk to the driver outside the door. Found my way to door D , but there was no one there or markings for where to pick up the shuttle. I waited, tried calling, and messaged but received no response. Waited until 12:45. I was quoted a price of over $200 for taxi. By the time I waited for the shuttle, all the hotel shuttles had finished. I decided to Lyft since I had no other options at that point. I will not plan on using the service again since I cannot depend on it and there was no recourse or way to contact/confirm.
