While we are fortunate to have the guidance of Stephanie Davis, the Regional Manager and previous General Manager, we can't keep her forever and Michelle's daily presence and commitment are invaluable. The entire team here is professional, friendly, and attentive, making Country Club Terrace feel not just like an apartment complex, but a welcoming community.
Finally, their communication is absolutely exceptional. I truly appreciate that the management team keeps residents informed through timely emails about everything from early office closures to upcoming community events and any other important information we need to know. This proactive and transparent communication fosters a strong sense of community and makes it easy to stay connected.
What truly makes living at Country Club Terrace special is that the management and staff genuinely care about their residents' happiness. They truly go above and beyond to be helpful whenever they can, creating a supportive and positive living environment where you feel like a valued member of the community. As someone accustomed to a smart home, I was also very appreciative that the management team graciously allowed me to install my security doorbell, further enhancing my comfort and security here. This flexibility and willingness to accommodate residents' needs is truly commendable.
Even the on-site laundry room is state-of-the-art, featuring a convenient mobile application for payment and for monitoring the progress of your washing and drying cycles. This modern amenity adds yet another layer of convenience to everyday living at Country Club Terrace.

Furthermore, the community's close proximity to the freeway is incredibly convenient for someone like myself who drives for rideshare at all hours, making it easy to access all parts of Flagstaff quickly.
