I had a wonderful experience with Executive Pro-Dry! Everyone from the technicians, to management, and office staff was professional, knowledgeable, and nice. We had flooding in the kitchen walls and ceiling and bathroom shower area. They did a good job of drying all the nooks and crannies and communicated well throughout the process so I knew what to expect. The dust etc was contained well during the treatments with zippered plastic sheeting. They finished nicely by picking up all their toys (so to speak) and cleaning the area. We had a washer that backed up and clear water went onto some epoxy flooring and dampened the baseboards of two closets. The project manager told me that since there was no contamination, the cost would be around $400. He did not give me their packet which I received at the end, which explained their process and had some unit costs. I received a bill or almost $4K. He also told me that the few baseboards had to be treated. I was under the impression that they were painting the treatment over the top. It wasn't until the baseboards were ripped out and destroyed that I learned that they were being removed, costing me an additional $650 in repairs. The water was so minimal that I wouldn't have had it done if they had told me they were tearing them off. The company also failed to put the protector on their floor tool and scratched my entire floor, resulting in over $2000 in damage. After the PM and tech said that it was a missing tool, the owner said there was a rock in the tool. I don't understand how they can charge me $688 for equipment decontamination due to COVID, and not see a rock when they were cleaning their equipment. No one in the crew wore masks. It appears their only concern with Covid in June 2021 is the amount of money they can make charging customers. The company sucked up water from a laundry room and the middle of a living room, all with epoxy flooring. The furniture didn't even have to be moved. The bedrooms had two closets that were damp along the baseboards. The carpets were not wet. The mechanical room had water in one corner. The Project Manager told me the owner would pay for the floor damage and the trim, but a month later, after I had it fixed, he said he wanted to see the estimates first and then determine if they wanted to do the work themselves. When I asked, the Project Manager specifically told me that they do not do repair work. This isn't a garage floor epoxy, it was a specialty floor in my entertainment room and had to be repaired by someone who knew exactly what they were doing. TL;DR - Owner of the company showed up without a mask to a disabled veteran's house who has respiratory issues documented with the VA. I'm scheduled to get my vaccine next week at the VA so there's no way i'm risking a stranger coming into my house without a mask on before that. We waited weeks for an appointment with this company, the owner is the one that showed up to do our free estimate for mold removal for the bathroom that our kids share. My wife opened the door and asked him if he was going to wear a mask? He responded with as a matter of fact, "no i do not have a mask". My wife a bit puzzled stated I can't let you in without a mask (we have some new masks to offer to guests even) and he promptly said "Ok, bye!" and walked off and drove away. Proving a point just to lose out on some business is not a good way to run a company. read more

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it would let me choose zero stars My water heater leaked the plumber who came to fix it recommended we call "his guys" they came in all in a crazy hurry took advantage of the situation and claimed if I didn't let them start working I'd have mold the next day. Of course I heard "mold" and said ya, do what you gotta do. Time for the bill and when my insurance took 1 look at it they wouldn't touch it. The itemize invoice had things on there that were complete lies or huge fabrications. Ex. They claimed to use "ventilator masks" when not one of them even had on a covid face mask let alone a ventilator mask They charged me for a Cat 3 spill from a water heater--same water I drink from they claimed was cat 3 (sewage) There was about $1,000 worth of things my insurance wouldn't touch and when my insurance called them to discuss they would only speak to them via email. read more

not sure why only the guy that is crying about a mask is the one review they are showing. this company did a great job cleaning up the mold we came across in our crawl space after we closed on our house. they were very professional and knowledgeable. if i had to recommend someone, it would definitely be executive pro dry. read more

My perception is that Executive Pro Dry is a customer service business in that it provides a service to customers for a fee. I thought I was a customer. I called the company in mid April and made an appointment for an initial mold pre-mitigation evaluation for a house that I am wanting to get listed for sale by the end of June. When the appointed date and time arrived no one from the company showed up. I called the company who in turned called Jay (the owner) who then showed up an hour after the originally scheduled time. A second appointment was made for the actual mitigation. Due to heavy rains, I received a text asking to reschedule our upcoming appointment to which I agreed. When the new date and time (5 June) arrived again no one from the company showed up. Twenty minutes after the agreed upon time I called the company who again contacted Jay. Jay then called me and said he could have someone there in 30 minutes to which I agreed. When I commented on the missed appointments and would have appreciated a call or text saying he would be late or needed to reschedule the appointment I was told I had an attitude and that he would not honor the commitment he had previously made to do the mitigation. read more

The pro dry team came to my house after we discovered a water leak in the bathroom. They used all the same scare tactics and high pressure sales vocabulary a car dealership uses. After quoting me $5100 to remove 35sq ft of laminate flooring in my bathroom I told them no way. They magically reduced their price down to $2400 after the tech "called the big boss to make an exception." The only service I did with them was an asbestos test that I was highly pressured into purchasing by the salesman. He told me it would be "around $300." Over 2 weeks later I received a bill for $760. This is a complete joke as I priced asbestos tests with other companies anywhere from $99 to $249. I have emailed the company and gotten nasty responses from the salesman. I have called and left several messages for the owner with no luck. In the meantime they have sent me a certified letter saying they will put a lein on my home if I do not remitt the $760. These guys are rip off artists that make a living charging double and triple what a job actually costs to get done. I have offered to pay them the $300 I was quoted by their salesman but they still will not reach out or have a conversation with me to explain their outrageous pricing. Please don't be fooled by their good reviews, we were pressured into leaving a good review for them while they were in our home. P.S. I found a REPUTABLE, FAIR, company that remodeled my whole bathroom for less than the $5100 these guys wanted to charge for basic demo. As of writing this I am still waiting to hear back from someone with authority at Executive Pro Dry that will talk to me about my situation. read more
