Nathan also took the time to teach me some helpful pool care tips, which I really appreciated. Their communication is excellent, and their prices are extremely fair. Then, without any prior confirmation, I suddenly received an "on our way" notification on Saturday, giving me approximately 40 minutes' notice. I was not available with such little notice, which is why I instructed the technician not to come. This was not me refusing a scheduled appointment--it was the direct result of your company's lack of communication and failure to provide an appointment window despite my repeated attempts to obtain one.
