I did a lot searching before I finally settled on using EPR for my daughters first birthday party. I spoke to Alex about pricing and sizing as I still wasn't sure what size tent I'd need that would fit in my front yard to accommodate 75 people in case of rain. Alex offered me a free, personal estimate and came to my house to measure the yard and we set up all the details after answering all my questions. I ended up changing my venue a month prior and Alex had no problem with that. I also added last minute chairs and a bouncer which he was able to provide. I did have a little dilemma a couple days prior to my event, but Alex was very understanding and made sure to do whatever was necessary to keep me happy. So, EPR was able to deliver a 20x40 tent with walls, 11 tables, 72 chairs, linen and a bouncer the night before my event (although quite a late delivery 9:45pm, it was pretty fast). Everything fit perfectly inside the tent, I just wish I had remembered to take pictures of the whole set up! The tent was huge and it was a really great price, especially compared to any other party rental in my area. When it came time for pick up, Alex and his crew came just in time, and everything was broken down and packed in a timely manner. I will definitely be using EPR for my future events. Alex is a prime example of what great customer service standards should be like. He is attentive, has clear communication skills and overall, very friendly with a calming presence.
