There was no sign up that said the parking lot was full. Parked behind another car that made a spot and we were not blocking anything and cars could pass with ease in both directions. I get off the train to find a $30 fee from them for not parking in a spot. Called them up, and the customer service rep was nasty and rude. I only commute 3 days a week but I will NEVER park in that lot again. Gladly my husband will be driving me to another train station. They definitely will not get another $6.45 from me.

They don't leave you waiting for the van to fill up before they leave (which I've had happen at other parking venues), they get you to the terminal quickly. We have never experienced any significant delays in them picking us up and our car is always ready when we get back to the parking lot . Don't come from 8:30-11:00am, you won't find any spot whatsoever. But before or after, there r spots here and there. It's really convenient the way they build it. It's two major entrances one from East 15 and another from East 14. Also elevator taking you to TJMax. But the best part is...it's 24h. In case if you are out you don't have to cut your fun short- one entrance on east 15 is always open
