My train was scheduled to leave from Mineola to long beach at 4:57. So at that exact time when the train came, i got on thinking nothing of it; until I saw that it said the train was stopping Wyndanch- which was the complete opposite of where I was supposed to go. It turns out that my original train was running late- & the train that I got on was the train that was supposed to leave before mine. I was just planning to have my whole day ruined and stay on that train that wasn't supposed to be stopping for another hour... But this wasn't the case , thanks to Mike's kindness. He literally went up to whoever controls the train & had them make a stop for me at Bethpage. I didn't even have to wait five minutes for my next train to come that brought me to my correct destination.... quite literally an angel who saved my day. Thank you so much, Mike. This may seem small but it meant the absolute world to me. The world needs more Mikes!!!

I frequented many stores and in each one of them, the staff was super kind, attentive and friendly. I'm talking from Nordstrom to UniQlo to Columbia. Many didn't have my size which is what sucked, so while I'm left without a new puffer for now, I am still happy with the overall experience at this mall. Also given that it was my first time and around the holidays, I expected a lot of chaos and craziness, but it wasn't really all that bad at all. Finding a spot in the parking lot took a bit but there is extensive (and free!) parking. Also, the restrooms were clean and spacious, and had an attendant who was cleaning, which I always fully appreciate seeing. Beautiful holiday decorations and also the usual mall food options - though the food court was on the second floor, I believe, but an unexpected closer location for me since I was hungry and ended up getting a chicken salad bowl (delicious). I would come back!

No matter how many times I go, it always feels clean, modern, and well taken care of. The mix of stores is great everything from experience brands to everyday basic items, so whether I'm doing serious shopping or just browsing, I can always find what I'm looking for. The layout is easy to navigate, and the renovations over the years have really paid off. Parking can get busy on weekends, but there are enough garages and entrances that it's never too stressful. I also appreciate the variety of food options; whether I'm in the mood for a quick bite in the food court or a sit down meal, there's plenty to choose from. Staff throughout the mall have generally been friendly, and I've rarely had issues with cleanliness or security. It definitely feels like a place that's well cared for. After all these years, Roosevelt Field still holds up as one of the best, most reliable malls on Long Island. Highly recommend if you want a place where you can spend an hour, or an entire afternoon, shopping, eating, and just wandering around the mall.
