I went the next day to speak with the manager, who was rather unapologetic and unwilling to show me the video as I was recording the engagement. I asked for a copy of the "incident report" and was handed a piece of paper with a handwritten number on it. I have called corporate and I'm still waiting for somebody to contact me after leaving multiple messages. I strongly advise against using this establishment or any similar owned by the same company. They have been very unprofessional in the manner in which this is being handled. I am extremely disappointed. For half of the price you can go to the gas station across the way and get your car washed for $10-$12. It does a far superior job and will not damage your vehicle. Shame on me for trying something new.
