We were expecting between 150-175 guests at our party so we definitely needed extra restrooms for the demand. The restrooms were clean, had a sink, and a flushable toilet. It also had an option to have air conditioning if needed. All came with its own generator. Shaun is very quick in responding to any questions we had prior and was also very reliable. He said we didn't have to send payment till he delivered the restrooms which reassured me I wasn't going to get scammed. He texted me when he was on the way to our home the day before the party, and again when he was on the way for pickup. He is very prompt and timely which I really appreciated during this stressful time. He is also very friendly and personable. I would recommend his services for anyone in need of restrooms for a party/wedding you name it!

There was no…read moremusic in the restrooms, they were not air conditioned and they used my power instead of using their generator. It also tripped the circuit breaker in my garage and we had to manually open the door. I do recommend this company but with some guidelines: First, don't let the driver talk you into using your power because their generator is too loud. It wasn't loud the first time. If there's no AC or music, call the company and ask how to resolve the problem. Had I known we would have disconnected our power and turned on their generator. The first driver we got was amazing, the one we got this time was lacking. They were late to pick up the trailer and when I called the driver back he said he'd been released for the night and to call the owner. Luckily the problem was resolved quickly and a different driver came to pick up the trailer. Lastly, the toilet in the ladies room was leaking. I do like their service and I do recommend them but next time I know what to watch out for.

We hired Royal Flush for our school's Fall Fest, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, punctual, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was outstanding, and Mike was fantastic--so helpful, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making everything seamless. And the restrooms themselves? AMAZING! You don't necessarily think of restrooms as something that could enhance an event, but these truly did! They were beautiful, exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and such a wonderful upgrade for our guests. One of the absolute BEST features was that the trailer was SOLAR POWERED! What a game changer! We didn't have to worry about finding a power source, running electrical lines, or creating potential tripping hazards. We could simply position the trailer in the perfect location for our event without compromising our layout or safety. When you're organizing a large community event, there are a million moving pieces, and having a vendor who makes your life easier is priceless. Royal Flush was exactly that.
