Silvia and team is always on time, works very efficiently, and is reliable and trustworthy. They have supported our personal home and multiple rentals when we have to turn them over for new tenants. We have always received 5 star reviews in cleans done for our rentals and my spouse is in love with them for our personal home! A few things I think make them differentiated is they wear shoe coverings so they protect your floors and carpet, they go above and beyond to find areas to dust in hard to reach places, and we love the team based cleaning approach which makes our larger house cleanings much more efficient! In addition, we hosted a larger charity event once and Silvia brought 4 helpers to clean the kitchen, manage the buffet, and food prep for the event! It was to be a complex project, requiring a plumber to remove the boiler and a carpenter to replace the damaged subfloor and wall behind the boiler. Michael coordinated the proposals for mold remediation and carpentry and scheduled plumbers to come by to give me bids. He is very reliable, thorough and great at communicating so I always knew he was working on getting me a solid and fair proposal. Equally important in clinching my awarding him the contract was that he guarantees his estimates, unlike Belmont's competitor which couldn't promise that a change order might increase the total costs.

While I attempted to resolve the misunderstandings, they were not interested in doing so and ended the correspondence. It's unfortunate the unprofessional management practices got in the way of the cleaning services.
