The techs have always been pleasant but not overly talkative. Now let's talk about the actual job. My pedicures have always turned out ok, but my gel or sns sets, not good. Each time, I've had my nails chip or come off within a week and half or less. This shouldn't happen, especially with SNS nails. The manicures have also been lackluster with no hand massage and with pedicures, sometimes forgetting the foot massage. I will say that every time I've been, the owner, Karen, usually has a regular client that she's seeing and everyone loves her. Seems like she does a lot of specialty nails, so it's kind of crazy that her techs do such lackluster jobs on basic nails chip sets.

I have brought my daughters here with me, and we have always had a good outcome and a luxuriously relaxing pedicure. It doesn't matter which person works on you- they all do a great job, are attentive and courteous. The owner is friendly and makes sure the atmosphere of the place is peaceful for clients. I have had the manicure service as well, and it was excellent- but I only do regular classic polish (so can't comment on gels, etc). I had to go back to Ohio for a period of time and tried going to my old salon. While it was the best I had gone to there, it could not hold a candle to Top Nails! I realized what a special service they provide. No bored, half-hearted work there! Only caring, efficient, and excellent work. I've been meaning to write a review for awhile- sorry for the book size post, but they are just that good and I have been so happy to have found them. I am almost always a walk-in, but never had difficulty getting a seat and great service.

We searched Google…read moremaps for nail salons near by, and Luxury Nails had excellent reviews, so we decided to stop in. I'm so glad we did! Note that there is a sign on the door that states they don't take walk ins, but they ended up saying they could squeeze us in before their next appointment, which we really appreciated! We had the best experience here! They were incredibly professional and kind. We had a great time chatting with them. The price was average compared to other places in the area. And I'm very happy with how my nails look! I'll definitely be back and will recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon!
