Jim Tanner arrived to do an estimate and provided us with invaluable information before we ever signed a contract or paid a deposit. They meticulously documented all the moisture, water and damage for our insurance company. His crew (Jay, Matt & Andrew) came in and worked tirelessly to demo, remove, tape off unaffected areas and remediate the damage. They showed up early and stayed late. They left the house so clean after all the chaos. Their reports were detailed, accurate and so helpful. They gave us recommendations to get repair estimates. We informed him our appt. was not until the 14th and he complained about the scheduling dept. We requested whole house duct cleaning, pus dryer vent cleaning. The tech clamped a hose from the vacuum machine and started the unit stating would take 30 minutes to deep clean. We noticed the hose to the machine was crimped and machine obviously straining as it was not pulling any air from the vents. The tech (Ron) said that was OK, it would still clean but we proved it wasn't working so he said we would only have to pay for the dryer vent cleaning, which he had only collected about a hand full of lint from. So we paid for that ($79). We would definitely not use this service again. Very poor value and waste of our time and money.
