It was my first time ever getting my windows tinted and Jeff the owner was great broke it all down for me slowly made it very easy and comfortable, answering all my questions and showing me some demonstrations. Then walking me out side with some tint sheets showing me the difference in percentages of tint or how dark they are and how much light will shine through. I paid the equivalent of someone's 1 month's rent to have my SUV tinted and invisible bra-ed. The first day my car was there for 6 hours then they had a software failure and so couldn't finish. So I had to go back on a different day for another 2 hours for them to finish the job. Whatever, tinting should be a 1 time job and last the lifetime of the car, so even though I was annoyed that it took 8 hours to tint, I thought I was done. Wrong. 9 months later, the felt piece partially came out and started leaving adhesive streaks all over the window. And making that super annoying squeeeeeeeeeak every time the window opens or closes. Now I'm doubly irritated. You'd expect this kind of crap if you went to a place that advertised in the pennysaver "$99 whole car tint!" Why did I pay almost 20 times that amount for this to happen? I figured this is executint, amazing tint place with glowing reviews. I'll give them a call and they'll help me out. Wrong again. I basically got blamed and listened on the phone to the woman moaning and groaning like this was somehow my fault. Prior to this car, I'd always gone to places in Westminster/Garden Grove. Never had a single problem with adhesive coming off, warping, peeling, bubbling. 0 problems. Expensive lesson learned. And you can learn it for free courtesy of my experience. read more

Great experience overall. I got my 2016 Subaru WRX tinted there and liked it so much I brought my wifes 2016 Ford Fusion there to get done. The staff are great, very nice and very informative. On my car a month or so after it got tinted I realized there were tiny bubbles in the tint at the back window. I showed them during the drop off of my wifes car. They said it was tiny pieces of dust and they tried to fix it without reprinting the window. They were unsuccessful and brought me into the office to schedule an appointment to retint the the back window. Dropped it off Saturday at 12 and picked it up around 3. Looks perfect! She was really sweet and even called me to change my appointment when something came up sooner! My only issue here was I purchased a Groupon and NO where (that I could see) did there mention an additional charge. I felt a bit duped. I wouldve given 5 stars had that been evident. I spent an additional $80 without knowing about that cost. Granted my cost would have been higher without the Groupon, but I was under the impression that I already paid for the actual service, not just $50 off of the service. Anyway, after checking in on Yelp, I got an additional 10% off of my service. So, I save an extra $10 that Kim didn't have to honor, but she did and was cool about it! It has been 2 weeks since I got the tint put in. Wanted to wait and see if the tint started to bubble or curl or do some other weird stuff. Chose the 3M CS20. Absolutely love it!. On the day of the appointment, got a call from Kim, the manager there, letting me know that Jeff, the installer, would be a little late since I had the 9am appointment scheduled. Most places would have not even bothered to do that. I would recommend blocking off a 3hr window from the time you drop of the car to the time it is ready though. First car took about 2 1/2 - 3 hours after being told 2 hours and the 2nd car took about 2 hours after being told 1 1/2 hrs. I don't want to give all the details because I don't want anyone to "take advantage" of Jeff and the team's commitment to customer satisfaction, but let me just say that they went above and beyond to make sure I became a customer of Executint OC and will be one for life. Took in my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia for proper tint all the way around. Not only did they find a way to get it in the shop to get the job done, Jeff got the entire thing down in about 2.5 hours. Now that it's had time to dry it couldn't look better. He helped me select the right tint for me (Xpel Prime XR) which is the best tint I've ever had. The IR and heat rejection will absolutely ruin you for any other tint in the future. Anyways, long story short, Executint OC should be your tint shop. read more
