I wanted to share feedback about my appointment today at 2:30. I drove from downtown Sacramento to…read morethe Folsom location specifically because I prefer this injector. I let the office know at 2:33 that I was 5 minutes away and arrived at 2:37, but I was told I could not be seen and had to reschedule. There was no one waiting, and my baby Botox appointments typically take about 10 minutes, so this was really disappointing given the distance I traveled. I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return, which is disappointing because I really like the injector at this location.

Jessica was my esthetician. She talked me through the process and evaluated my skin as I asked her questions. She had the greatest demeanor and easy to get along attitude. But when it came to the actual process, she created a relaxing, quiet mood. She was gentle with the extractions and provided delicately firm massages. Talking about massages, the table was a heated massage table. Nice. I also added a hand treatment. After the hydra facial, I was shown the water. It was cloudy, not too bad as I was told. She advised me on some products they offer, not a hard sell pitch. I declined; she didn't hard press which I appreciate. My face was glowing (luminous and rosy) and seemed less poof-y afterwards. My hands felt more moisturized. The dry skin on my inner palm gently sloughed off. The next day, they looked revitalized. Pricing is comparable or less expensive to other local places. The facility is clean and is gorgeously designed. It has a calming white color scheme. Giving off modern, posh vibes without the pretentiousness or clinical feeling. There is plenty of parking right in front of the building.

Hi Ryan, Thank you…read morefor taking the time to respond--I do appreciate it. I do want to clarify a few things. My original appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but the only alternative offered to me that day was at 3:45 PM. As you mentioned, I drove from Lincoln to Folsom, which is about an hour each way. That would have meant spending roughly two hours driving, plus waiting around most of the day, which honestly wasn't realistic for me. Additionally, I had requested to speak with a manager at the time. I was told that Tia was in an unexpected meeting and would return my call afterward. It has now been five days, and I have yet to receive that call. I understand that scheduling challenges can happen, but the lack of timely communication and follow-up has been disappointing--especially as a first-time client. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

We greatly appreciate the explanation with the appointment system and the willingness to get my hubs back on the schedule for the massage he signed up for. My hubs was hesitant to come back after his last session and especially after my review (he didn't know I was writing) but Elena & Jennifer helped him feel at ease of coming back and making it extremely flexible to rebook an appointment to come back in. Hubs went back to get the much needed deep pressure massage from Jennifer at The Spa Simply Skin. Both Elena and Jennifer were present to greet him. The ambiance of the room was serene as it was before. He keeps telling me about the nice Buddha in the massage room. Jennifer asked if the headrest area was ok was comfortable this time before proceeding. This time she asked about the massage pressure and if it was firm enough. She worked on getting his knots out which was greatly needed. She used a tool on his hands up/down his forearm that he said made him feel really good. He does repetitive work with his hands (handy electrician) and this helped relieve tension. I appreciate and want to thank both Elena and Jennifer for ensuring my husband was comfortable and ensuring he was content with the massage service that you offer. I'm looking forward to booking my session! :)

I first met Stella when she was running her skincare clinic in Los Angeles. With over 20 years of experience in both Korea and Los Angeles, Stella has exceptional knowledge and skills. Since she moved to the Folsom area, I make sure to stop by whenever I visit Sacramento. She always provides customized care for my skin condition, face shape, and even neck tension. Her lymphatic drainage massage combined with sono treatments is amazing -- my skin becomes clearer, my pores shrink, my face looks smaller and brighter, and even my facial symmetry has improved. She also relieves all the tension in my neck and shoulders, making my body feel lighter. After each session, my face is more lifted, my eyes look brighter, and I receive so many compliments from others. The results are natural, safe, and much more affordable compared to plastic surgery, fillers, Botox, or surgical lifting. For me, Stella's treatments are one of the best investments in myself. Stella truly has "magic hands," and out of all the aesthetic treatments l've ever experienced, she is simply the best!

Life changing! When I was a teenager I made the mistake of shaving my chin and under my chin/neck…read morearea and as you know once you shave you always have to shave. Fast forward 27 years of shaving my chin and under my chin/neck every day and I found Ser Aesthetics. I was skeptical because I had tried laser hair removal 10 years ago and it didn't work very well, it was so expensive and you had to commit and pay for several treatments upfront. I started my treatments at Ser in July 2024. After my first treatment in a week or two I noticed a slight difference the hair wasn't as coarse. I religiously went to my appts every 3 or 4 weeks until about April 2025. After every treatment I could visually see and feel the difference. The hair was becoming less and less coarse and wasn't growing back as quickly. Every month that I went I noticed I was shaving less and less. I could go one day without shaving and not feel the stubble, then 3 days, then 5 days, and so on. By April I was barely shaving at all anymore and just being feeling my face so soft and without stubble was so satisfying. For 27 years I was self conscious and wouldn't let anyone touch my chin or face because of the stubble and always had to carry a razor with me just in case the 5 o'clock shadow showed up or I stayed overnight someplace. In April I felt I could stop going every month and wait to see the stray hairs pop up. It was 3 or 4 months before I noticed a few random hairs pop up. That told me it was time to do my touch up appt. Overall, Ser Aesthetics has been a life changer for me and I recommend it to anyone feeling self conscious about hair on their face or body. You do have to commit to going to your appts every month, but I promise you it's so worth it and you will not regret it. The ladies are so amazing and so nice, it's reasonably priced, and best part there's no commitment you schedule your appts as needed. Thank you Ser Aesthetics for changing my life and giving me my confidence back.

I was taken to a waiting area and then back to the room which was very tiny. The masseuse didn't introduce himself as the one doing my massage he just said follow me so I did. No instructions once we got to the room. I had to ask. He did ask me the pressure I prefer and I said moderately firm as I did book a deep tissue massage. So he begins my massage and it was awful for a full 60 mins of torture. It was not a massage at ALL. The pressure he was applying I thought he was going to break the table!! The whole table was shaking and it seemed like he whole point was like you asked for deep tissue, that's what you'll get. Nothing about it felt like a massage where you actually get your back rubbed it's was all pressure points, him using his elbows in my back. I should have stopped him but I thought maybe just maybe he will ease up on the areas where I didn't ask him to focus, I was wrong. I sucked it up and ran out of there. Never again will I book a massage here.
