We planned to have all windows tinted, including the windshield. The team walked us through tint options, pricing, and payment details, which we appreciated. However, this consultation took about an hour, and by 11:00 AM, our vehicle had still not been started, despite having a set appointment. We were told the job would take approximately 2-3 hours due to the windshield tint, so we left and expected a call once the work was complete. Unfortunately, we did not receive any updates throughout the day. By 4:00 PM, after finishing work, we returned to the shop only to find that our car had still not been worked on. At around 4:15 PM, it was clear the vehicle hadn't even been started, and the installers were just returning from a break. We were then told there had been an "issue" with the windshield and that it would take "about another hour." Ultimately, we didn't receive our car until around 7:00 PM -- nearly nine hours after our scheduled appointment time. While the staff remained courteous throughout, the overall experience was very disappointing. The primary concerns were the lack of communication and inaccurate time estimates. If there had been delays, we would have appreciated proactive updates rather than having to return and discover the situation ourselves. Additionally, the pricing was not particularly discounted compared to other shops, which made the experience feel even less justified. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Polar Tint. While the customer service demeanor was friendly, the significant delays and lack of communication made the process frustrating and inconvenient.

Today was my second time visiting Precision Window Tint. I know I should have made an appointment, but I wanted them to take a look at my window first, so I stopped by as a walk in. Manager Mike was very accommodating and took care of me even without an appointment. He helped me get my rear window looking great again! What I really appreciate about Mike is that he never tried to push me toward a more expensive option. Instead, he gave me honest advice about what would work best for me. I've been to other shops where I felt pressured to choose a more expensive option, so I really appreciated that. The shop is also super clean, comfortable, and professional. I was a…read morelittle worried because most of the reviews I read for them were for cars so I had my fingers crossed that we'd have a good experience. We had an amazing experience with Green Valley from the estimate for the job done by Kevin to the installation. Everyone was very professional. We were given an estimate and then we took a few days to decide which windows we wanted to do and if we wanted to do them all. It was great to not feel pressured and to be able to take our time to determine what worked best for our budget. They have a system where they send you an email and you pick the windows you want done then pay a deposit. Then they contacted us to set up an appointment for installation. Our job required removal of existing window tint and the placement of new tint. It was a full day job and the two installers were amazing! They really took their time and cared about their work. During the removal process it can get messy but these guys carefully placed cloths down to prevent any excess water from leaking from the area they were working on. This meant so much to me because we just spent a great deal of money on our flooring and I didn't want anything to ruin them. I didn't mention this to our installers and didn't need to because of the care they just naturally showed the property. They took their shoes off without being asked and cleaned up each room as they finished. I definitely recommend them for home window tinting. You will not be disappointed.

This is the 3rd time I've taken my vehicle to Avalos for tinting. The first 2 times went off…read morewithout a hitch and I was very happy. I decided I wanted to take my front windows darker to combat the Las Vegas sun. Everything went well, the windows look great but as I sat down in the driver seat, I noticed black on my passenger side window. I got out to take a look and noticed that my entire window stripping had been melted. I asked the sweet lady at the front if they use heat guns when removing/installing and she confirmed they did (they had to remove the previous tint). She went into the back and brought out another lady and I explained that my window stripping did not look like this when I got there. She since has told me that this was not because of them, it's because of the sun and heat when rolling my window up and down. Mind you, their establishment is indoors, so if it wasn't like that when I gave it to them, there is only one way it could have happened. They did not offer me any sort of discount, or even an apology. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I will not be returning to this establishment. $200 and a melted window stripping later, I'll now have to pay to get this replaced. **UPDATE: they have since reached out and apologized and have offered to cover the cost of replacement.**
