AS LONG AS Tim the manager/owner doesn't succeed to gouge you up by an extra $200-$400 . In that case, not worth it at all. You are most likely to have success walking in and asking for service as they don't answer their phone, but not if the salesman is busy. I was given a fuse box much too high in amperage for my equipment (The equipment will be fried long before the fuse box reaches its limit) The amplifier was, on both installations, grounded on a painted surface. If you know anything about electricity you can't/should not ground a wire to a nonconductive surface like paint... another danger to my equipment. Otherwise, they do a pretty good job. Could work on the professionalism, as I could see some people having a problem with the installation guy smoking a blunt while hooking up some wires in your trunk. Didn't bother me too much

While within the warranty period, 2 of 5 windows started bubbling really bad so I dug up the warranty receipt to claim a warranty repair. I brought the car back and pointed out the windows with bubbles, but also the ones that still had an outstanding tint. Guy started giving me the run around. Something about their billing system being new and they can't find me. He told me I needed more proof on top of the warranty receipt, oh and by the way it would cost extra to remove the bubbling tint, a lot extra...I kindly left and didn't go back.

Well it is now Thursday and no phone call no no dash kit no install they have been paid .but we still have not received what we paid for except the radio. Yes they had the cheapest install if u bought from them .my husband asked if they could just hook the amp wire up while they had everything apart he didn't ask for them to run it .just hook it on the back so he doesn't have to pull it out again and he would do the rest run it and hook it up to amp and all that jazz. They wanted $70 just to hook the wire up to radio that was already out .so just to review almost a week later we still haven't gotten what we paid for .no call just saying we haven't forgot about you.and jankie enough that they want to charge even more than the radio install just to hook the amp wire up to the stereo while its out .and people want to put down dukes .I will take all my business there from now on .these guys are good to go too if you need a stiff one up your behind
