From the very start of working with john he made us feel important, he told us our wedding day was about us and he would do everything he could to ensure it was special. We got married in Tahoe and John went out of his way and on his own time to check out our venue without us to make sure he had all the correct equipment. He went out and bought special equipment just to make sure he had everything covered. On the day of the wedding he should up early and had everything set up in a classy way when we got there. The few hiccups we did have were not his fault and he did everything he could do to fix them. For example during the toasts the microphone was cutting in and out and he had a backup battery in his pocket. When the dancing started we gave him a specific list and to not let guest request songs. One of the bridesmaid did and before he just played the song he came and checked with us first, which says to me that he wanted to make sure this day was about us and nothing was going to screw it up exactly what he told us when we first met with him.
