DJ Erick V crushes another wedding!! Kind, professional, friendly, respectful, on time, great set up. I had short lead time to find a good DJ for my daughter's wedding and when I spoke with Erick V I couldn't believe he was available for our day. His communication was excellent with so much detail. He had the ceremony music down pat and then was an excellent MC for the reception. Had the dancers there dancing the night until it was lights off time. If and when I need another DJ, he will be the one I call. read more

Erick was easy to work with and super communicative throughout the planning process. The pricing was fair, and we loved the lighting setup that came with the package. The dance floor was always full, and the energy was great. The only hiccup was a mix-up with the ceremony music - our processional song didn't play as planned, and a different track started halfway through. Some songs from our reception list didn't make it in, but that may have been due to time. Overall, though, it was a great experience and we'd still recommend him. read more

I booked Erick 9 months out before our Wedding in April 2024 and throughout the entire planning process he was always available to answer any questions that came up. Easy to communicate with, reliable and when it came down to the final day he was on time and ready to go. Even though you plan for the perfect day, the small details and timeline of things can change but boy was Erick prepared and quick to adjust to anything thrown his way. DJ Erick V is the one man band! Even though he was only one person, it felt like there were three of him! What a chaotic day, and DJ Erick V made it work and more! From the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, an impromptu Laotian ceremony (he had no idea it was going to happen because it was just thrusted on him by my parents), live performances from drunk aunties, to rocking us out all night, DJ Erick V simply delivered. He's the kind of DJ you want and pray for because he's flexible, works great on the fly, knows how to get the crowd pumped, and keeps you on track with the program! I cannot recommend him enough! He's also very responsive. If he cannot answer your call, you will get an immediate text! 10/10, 100/100, whatever it is, he's that man!!!!! read more

Better late than never, but Dj Erick has the Dj for our "End of the year" event in Oakland. It was about a 350 people event. Prior to the event he was proactive and reached out so that the event can go smoothly. During the event, he was good at reading the crowd and keeping everyone dancing. He received a lot of request and was open to playing as many as possible. It was a mix of Spanish and English speakers, but everyone loved the music choices. I really liked the ambient lights that went with the music. Will definitely be working with Dj Erick in the future. read more

We hired Erick to DJ our wedding. Being Latino, it was important to us to find some one who knew about Spanish music and that spoke Spanish themselves. We've been to countless events where it seems that the DJ couldn't speak Spanish and they only knew about one genre of music in Spanish which was usually reggaeton, and let me tell you we do not like reggaeton at all! Erick exceeded our expectations, we got so many compliments on the great music, the dance floor was full for most of the night and he did a great job reading what everyone wanted as far as the style of music that was being played! over all it was a great experience working with him and we would definitely recommend him to any one who wants to make sure everyone dances the night away at their event, Thanks Erick! read more

My husband and I were looking for a DJ a month before our wedding and I came across DJ Erick V's profile on Google and saw his many good reviews and decided to contact him and inquire about his services. I sent him a message to ask his availability for our date and within minutes (on a Sunday afternoon) he responded and said he was available. I talked it over with my husband and he liked DJ Ericks reviews and we decided to book him. DJ Erick sent us the contract and we had ourselves a DJ for our wedding! So my wife and I hired Erick for our wedding. He did more than an amazing job in catering to my specific musical needs (I'm an enthusiast). He sent us a questionnaire months before the wedding to get an idea and understanding of what we wanted. He provided Elegance, and a wonderful environment with his song selection. The timing for everything was perfect. He played plenty of funk music, Latin music, Bossa Nova music, and electronic music. Most people were dancing, and the ones that were too shy to dance were either singing along or bopping their heads to the beats. What completely took me by surprise were the lights that he brought with him. They undoubtedly created a fun and danceable atmosphere. Most of our guests kept on commenting on how beautiful and perfect the lights were. Solid sound system and lights. You can't go wrong with this man. Almost likely be hiring him again in the future. read more

I absolutely recommend Dj Erick! He was so great with my family and friends music requests. He always responded in a very timely manner and answered all questions I had. He helped me layout the music schedule and even accommodate with super last minute add ins. Like so last minute that I changed things on our wedding day. I was worried because we were blending a lot of cultures American Mexican traditional and new and I wasn't sure if it would be possible to really make that happen. And he did it seamlessly. Treated us like family. We really appreciate you Erick! thank you for making our day so special!!! read more

Majority of Norcal is a bit overly priced when you add "wedding" to it. I had looked in a vast geographical area for a reasonably priced DJ for my remote Wedding. Not only did I get this with DJ Erik V, but I got above and beyond that. I was hesitant hiring someone I wouldn't meet until my big day, but he is readily available via lots of social media, email, text..etc. DJ Erick V, has an awesome and very organized wedding sheet to fill out. He followed everything to a T and then some. We even ran out of music that I had chosen towards the end and I gave them the go ahead to take it away and away they did! I've rarely seen dance floors at weddings where the whole thing is PACKED all the way to the last song. It was epic. Feeling totally blessed to have had such an easy and beyond pleasant experience. If I know anyone up north needing a DJ, you'll be first on my mind! Thank you sooo much! read more

DJ Erick V is a rock star and hit this one out of the park. He is an awesome communicator and was especially prompt to respond to all of my many questions. He knows his business and was totally on point the entire day through. He knows how to engage with the crowd and when to just let it be. I was looking for a DJ for my son's birthday and found DJ Erick on craiglist. I interviewed 6 possible DJs in my price range and DJ Erick was the most professional, experienced and reasonably priced. He played all of the music that the kids liked and even played a special mix that my son put together for a choreographed dance. He also emcees during the event, so it's an added bonus. He has great speakers, the fog machine and strobe lighting too. My cousin, a former DJ, was so impressed by him at the party, that he will be hiring him for his b.day bash.
