Working at a big box store means processing an occasional return and not being rude about it. I'm…read morenot one of these people who calls anyone who tells me some truth rude, instead, rudeness comes from tone of voice, body language for instance refusing to make eye contact and scowling, and inflexibility during the interaction. The woman processing my return today seemed to have a real problem with someone returning an item that it turned out costs about half on amazon. This is a small town, but we don't owe you our business. If you're going to charge double for something, you should at least have courteous or at least neutral employees.

The guy who does that stuff totally fixed me up and recognized right away that my item needed a slightly bigger box and more cushion, which of course he had on hand right there! He totally took care of me and my package arrived in perfect condition the next day. I was expecting a huge delay, but it didn't have to go far and the driver was in the store at the time I came in.
