I would give them more stars if I could!…read more I have had personal auto insurance through Remland for several years now, and I can attest to the fact that they always go above and beyond. I'm in my mid 20's now, but when I first became a client, I was unfamiliar with how auto insurance worked. They sat me down and spent a good forty-five minutes explaining how policies worked, and answering all of my questions. Then they found me a great rate! Kathy, who usually answers the phone, is fabulous! I have never felt more cared about by a person I've never met. She calls to remind me when my policy is about to expire, she remembers my family, and she has gracefully helped me to navigate car accidents and multiple policy changes over the years! I really can't say enough good things about this office. Do yourself a favor and shop here.

I understand that human error is unavoidable and when I reached out to get the issue resolved, I was graced with the angel of auto-insurance, Colleen. She was polite and friendly, melting my cold and frustrated demeanor. She aligned herself with my situation and leveled with me, making me feel like she genuinely cared and perspectively understood the full array of stresses that accompanied my dilemma. She addressed each and every concern of mine, one by one, and swiftly provided a break down of everything she was going to do to help resolve this promptly. So get this, she answered the call on the 1st ring (I was immediately able to speak with a real person... crazy, right?). She listened to me vent (about things she didn't cause or have any control over) and responded with a soft, assuring tone. Then, she resolved the issue WITHIN THE HOUR and promptly followed up, advising I can expect a call from her again in a week, just ensure everything was smooth-sailing, once again. I've managed customer service teams for years in the past and I'm beyond impressed with her professionalism and efficiency; if I were still involved in that field, I would 100% try to poach this gem of a CS rep. So thank you again Colleen! Your excellence should not go unnoticed!

Chris Costantini of Adelfia Insurance Cost My Small Business Thousands of Dollars then Ghosted Me…read more After maintaining my own small business since 2002 with zero issues relative to insurance, I started working with Chris at Adelfia in 2023, and that decision has resulted in nothing but undue stress, expense, and a ton of lost time. When first issuing my workers comp policy in 2023, Chris neglected to exclude my husband and I as requested. This caused a huge audit bill halfway through the second year uncovering the mistake. Agreeing that it was his error, that premium was covered by his insurer under an Errors & Omissions claim. In taking responsibility and processing this claim, it was my understanding that Chris had fully addressed and resolved his error. When the renewal for the policy came up, I again reached out to Chris for confirmation that I should continue with CNA given the issue and was told everything was in place as it should be for our policy. Fast forward to the second year audit, and I am again met with a bill in the thousands to account for coverage for my husband and I. AGAIN! The policy was never adjusted after the initial error for the second year and we were months into the third year and still the exclusion had not been put in place. Chris agreed he as at fault - again - and promised to do everything in his power to correct this huge bill landing on the shoulders of my small business. He spent three months begging my carrier's underwriters to backdate the paperwork which was firmly established as outside of their company's (and they say, state) regulations. Ultimately, the company would not agree to backdate forms and the huge bill remains. Given the final word from my carrier, I looked to Chris to right his wrong as he claimed he would "do everything within my power to make this right" in a call on November 13, 2025, along with. On January 28, 2026, he said "I want to assure you that we are continuing to stay on top of this". That was his last communication to me. We are on day 17 of total radio silence from him. I've placed calls, sent 2 emails along with a certified letter and he is nowhere to be found. Running a small business means wearing many hats, and your agent is supposed to make you feel secure about your coverages and their financials. They are NOT supposed to rob you of hours of your time and thousands of dollars. Doing business with Chris and his agency, Adelfia, has caused me so much unnecessary stress, and I really hope others will consider this and choose to work with someone else.

We had a consultation and I assumed…read morethat my taxes would be more than easy for his level of experience, but apparently it wasn't and when I got my invoice it was over double the price that I had expected. We didn't declare a set price from day one, which is my fault, and I've never gotten my taxes done like this, but I didn't think it would be so expensive, since it never was in the past and things haven't changed much for me. I brought to his attention the price of my taxes was much steeper than I'd expected, and to my surprise he responded that the price he was going to originally charge me for was more than double what the invoice said... :0 omg! Apparently it took him so much longer than expected and it was so complicated for him, for whatever reasons he had. I'm grateful he didn't charge me four times the amount I was expecting to pay, thank god. He did deduct a little more from my invoice and I was grateful for that, but he only did it because I complained. Moral of the story, next time I get my taxes done I'll do it on a set price ahead of time so there are no surprises. Other than that, they are a professional business, just not right for my needs. Lesson learned.
