She unfortunately "blew out that vein" too. Proper care and precision are crucial when working with needles, and I was disappointed that she didn't even bandage me afterward. My only regret is not having asked her about her credentials & experience after the first poke. I wish she called a supervisor to help her and ensure my safety in the process.
