In my experience the medical staff was very knowledgeable about eating pasterns and portions. By following their advice, I dropped 8 lbs in the first two weeks without feeling hungry, and about 30 lbs overall to date. I learned eating habits that work for me, and my busy schedule. Many of the…read morestrong reviews appear to reflect the prior ownership (roughly 2017-2022), which is the experience I originally had--and it was completely different. Under the previous team, the nurse practitioners and weight-loss counselors were knowledgeable, engaged, and genuinely coached you through the program. They understood the weekly metrics/results, could explain them clearly, and offered specific, practical adjustments based on your progress. You also received a welcome kit (tote, mixing cup, etc.), and basic tools like food logs were provided without extra charges. Now, the experience feels rushed and surface-level. The current staff relies heavily on scripted conversations and does not seem equipped to interpret weekly results or provide meaningful, individualized guidance. On top of that, items that were previously included (like food logs) are now an added cost, and overall materials/support look cheaply pared down. To be clear: the program itself can work. But the knowledgeable guidance and accountability that made it effective at this location are no longer there. I would not spend my money here based on my current experience. It's so disappointing. The counselors and nurse practitioner don't seem to have completed or followed the program themselves, and it makes the coaching feel less credible.
