The owners clearly like to discredit the customers and say their experiences weren't actually true…read more please review the google review i did. There are several very unprofessional responses from the owners. Any good business owner would reach out to the customer and see what they can do to make the situation right or improve their employees customer service efforts. Not ban someone for driving on the grass on a golf course. If I could give zero stars, I would. First time on the course and I won't be returning. The course conditions are unacceptable. The driving range balls are so old they're falling apart, and the course itself is poorly maintained -- dead grass on the greens, mud throughout, and mats being used to tee off on hole 6. The staff's behavior made the experience even worse. The women running the facility were rude and confrontational. After briefly driving 90 degrees into the rough to retrieve a ball, I apologized several times and agreed to remain on the cart path. Despite that, I was still spoken to aggressively and removed from the course. Everyone makes mistakes. There is no reason to be become unhinged and continuously yelled at after acknowledging the mistake. It then took nearly 30 minutes for them to process a refund because no one seemed to understand how to operate the point-of-sale system. Golf is supposed to be relaxing, not an exercise in dealing with power-tripping staff who have no sense of customer service. Save your time and your money -- there are far better courses nearby that actually treat people with respect.

It has great deals on buckets of balls and 9-18 hole games with cart. I have come alone as a woman to practice and everyone is respectful of my space and of me. I've always felt safe here and enjoy coming here! It's pretty well maintained--could probably be a little better--and isn't the most challenging course in the area, but great for skill levels and attention spans like me! I highly recommend checking it out!

The Google reviews I'd seen for this place got me to visit and try the lunch food for myself. Glad I did. I had a cheeseburger and fries. A bit pricey, but wow, what a view! The golf course is a near-perfect lunchtime backdrop. The burger was cooked just right; the fries were quite abundant and tasty, although a bit on the greasy side. I'd eat here again, though I doubt that I'd make a special trip only for the takeout. Probably just the ticket when playing golf here, however. So now I'm almost obliged to pop for the $40+ green fee one of these days (higher on weekends). If I do, surely I'll also review that experience.

A quick discussion, and a 4-some and 3-some teeing off in front if us, we opted for maximum punishment...7,000+ yards of fun. What a great course, from the first tee, to the last green, we truly enjoyed the round. Throw in some 200+ yard par 3's, a 591 yard par 5, tons of tree lined par fours, several ponds, a stiff wind and my 91 and playing buddies 86, we're in the books. This was our first time playing here, and we'd probably play the shorter tees next time, as we usually play in the 6,400 yard range. If your looking for greens that putt true, and a new challenge...give the windshield some new views and head over to Richmond...you'll be glad you did.

I…read moretry to make sure to post real experiences and with that being said This place has DECEITFUL business practices. Our family of 5 went there and booked a weekday rate of $120 for three hours. We ordered chicken wings, tenders and a pretzel to share and my kids and I had standard beverage while the hubby had two cocktails Our bill ended up being $340. THEY CHARGED US A RATE OF $49/hr for the simulator (vs the $40) and they charged $2.75 for each drink refill. At no time did they advise that refills were extra. They only asked "would you like a refill?". When I explained my frustration they flat told me "there's nothing we can do". When I asked if there was a manager on duty they told me "no". So I took the card on the counter. And then the server asked me "so, you mean at restaurants they don't charge you for refills on drinks like Dr Pepper and Lemonade" This whole experience is INFURIATING. Never would I expect to take my family out to a location like this order traditional bar and grill food and get a bill for $340. BEWARE and avoid this place. There are MUCH better places to spend your money. I have written to the manager asking for a refund of the drink refills, the tip and a reduction in the simulator rate to match the online booking price. I'm cautious but hopeful they will do the right thing.

I can't believe how good the pizza and unlimited queso was here for being so fast!! I would 100% come back for the quality of the food let alone the atmosphere and golf bays, but those were great too!
