We came to pick up our clothes the next day in the afternoon and it was all folded, but there was one problem that I wouldn't blame them, our suitcase wouldn't close. We were surprised since we did put our clothes in the compression bags to make it fit the first time. After we paid, we asked if we could organized our clothes. Our suitcase did end up closing and the owner was surprised it all fit.

The rings of one of the curtains had changed because the old ones apparently had melted...? And that curtain had also shrinked much more (about 3 cm) than the other one. I told them that they must have washed that curtain too hot. I got a rediculous reaction: 'no, no it can evrn happen eith your trousers that one of the pipe shrinks more than the otherone...????? Anyway, I wouldn't dare bringing them any clothes to wash or to dryclean anymore.
