That said, when I email somebody, I expect a response back. So I concentrate really, really hard and email Jon about a property I wish to sell. I got his contact info from Zachary J. Arvia (How's THAT for a name?). I contact Zach on 2/9 via email that I'd like to have another agent as Mr. Murray is apparently too busy to do business with me. Which is fine... people have lives and I get that but why not send me a macro stating 'blah, blah, blah, I'm too busy, blah'. Nope and to add insult to injury, Mr. Arvia has no record of ever referring me to Mr. Murray to begin with. Pan camera left to observe me staring at Mr. Arvia's email with Mr. Murray's contact info then pan right and watch me laugh. Moving on.

He relisted the house as active without presenting the offer to the seller and days before having any signed documentation that I was no longer pursuing the house. Jerry was with us every step of the way and made an unusual circumstance seem like it was meant to be the way to buy a house. I was stuck in Texas due to COVID, so after a long pause on house hunting (Jerry and his team were very patient with us) my husband and parents went in my stead. Jerry made sure they felt welcomed, had all of their questions answered, had so many options available and ensured I was included in every part of the process even though I was several states away. I cannot express enough how grateful my husband and I are for their hard work and dedication to finding us our perfect home.
