Don't come here! They have predatory business practices that will come back to bite you! They…read morecharge you excessively for ortho devices you can get off of Amazon or damage your credit because you don't have money to pay $785 for a brace that is not covered by your insurance even though they tell you it is. This office is not their only one - Dr. Arup Bhadra also goes to Monroe office. I would find a more honest provider elsewhere. Also, it's true they don't answer their phones - they have a messaging service and they will not call you back. You have to be physically in the office to get anything done.

The 2020 operation was supposed to be a simple matter involving the removal of a neuroma in my foot. It not only became infected but required five months for the less than one inch incision to heal. He prescribed an antibiotic, which was contraindicated with my other medications that he had been made aware of over the past many years. Halfway through watching the incisions, [He and his PA did not really treat the incision except for putting in two stitches, which were removed a week later because they hurt.], he sent me to the local hospital's wound care center where I was treated for about two-and one-half months by an excellent Podiatrist who did a great deal to effect healing. The Podiatrist also ordered a carton of medical supplies so that I could help with the process. After all of my prior surgeries with Dr. Kraushaar I was NOT charged for post-operative visits. This time he charged me my co-pay, which totaled $158.58, for the useless visits. I wrote two comprehensive letters delineating the reasons I thought that I should not pay. Both letters were ignored, and I was billed. Not only were the visits unsuccessful at healing me, but the surgery also did not work, I still have pain and a post-operative MRI showed that the neuroma was probably still there.

The thought of trying to motivate a young child to do PT after such a major surgery was daunting. As his sports therapist, Steve had the perfect balance of patience, understanding, and encouragement. While Steve supported my son, he also pushed him in a firm, safe and kind way. It was amazing to witness the hard work he inspired. You could really tell he truly cares about his patients and their recovery. After ten months of hard work, my son made a full recovery, met his big goal of skiing in Whistler, and came away an even stronger person than before his accident in large part thanks to Steve's dedication. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. We are forever grateful.

He's not like the usual PT because he understands the techniques and stresses of throwing. He's not judgmental like some doctors are. He just wants to help kids get back on the field and stay on the field. I highly recommend Steve for young throwers.
