They fixed my car and stood by their quote and pricing. In fact, they had the very best price of everyone in town and quickest turn around time on the repair. This father and son clearly have an unlimited auto repair expertise, with now over 50 years of experience. I highly recommend this business to anyone reading this review, they'll exceed your expectations.

A wonderful guy named Dale came to our rescue. He was so helpful, called a local shop (Master Tech Tire & Auto) at 11pm, arranged to drop off the truck and had the mechanic call us to order the part so he could fix it in the morning. Dale dropped us at our hotel and helped carry our luggage in. Wow! Ellis at Master Tech was so helpful, kept in contact with us, picked us up at the hotel and had us back on the road by 11am. Amazing service all around. Can't thank you all enough for the hospitality and wonderful caring service.

In the past two years, Elite has replaced a transmission and the hydraulic rack/pinion assy on my 2011 Chev Impala. (16k miles on the tranny, which is smoother than the original.) And I had them service the CVT fluid on my wife's 2017 Subaru Legacy 3.6R. Later, she brought it in because the electric window (passenger, front) wasn't working. Danny (owner) advised it was a battery problem (weird!) and charged only $60 for troubleshooting. Yet, we'd not have given a thought if he'd have charged us hundreds. The only deal I'm interested in is a) accurate, honest diagnosis; b) competent workmanship; and c) paying only what I should pay, for work that was needed and that was done right. That's the deal that Danny gives at Elite.

Being new in the Greeneville, TN area, we had no idea which Auto Body shop to place our trust in. J & G Auto Body Shop checked out good as I did my research and reviews, so I took our car to their shop in Greeneville. The shop has been at this site for years and is a family-owned business. We met with the shop manager, "Jacob" who took time to inspect our damage and provide an estimate for my insurance company. Jacob ordered the needed body parts and scheduled the repair for the next week. Jacob kept his promise as to damage estimate, time needed for the complete repair and was totally professional and honest from start to finish. My car was tied up a very short time and repaired as promised. We couldn't be more satisfied with J & G's professionalism, honesty and timely service and working well with our insurance provider. Everything you could hope for when you need auto body work. Hats off to J & G Auto Body for a job well done! J & G earned all 5 stars! Jim and Carol H. Greeneville, TN.

We have become loyal customers to an honest and reputable team of mechanics at Thomas Auto. I honestly couldn't ask for better. They are the BEST. I truly appreciate them especially having little ones to haul around on road trips. Nothing makes a parent feel safer than having a roadworthy vehicle and they always make sure we are. My Nissan Titan was totaled and I bought a 2022 Subaru Ascent. I went in and spoke to Dylan and asked would they be able to service it or should I take it to the dealership. He said they would be able to service it and said if it's something they cannot then they can make recommendations like the dealership. They service our 2019 RAM 2500, my sisters 2018 Toyota 4Runner, my nephews old Mazda truck and my nieces Hyundai Sonata. We love Thomas Auto. Thank you guys for being a great team! We have lived here for one year now and they continue to be honest and reliable. We get our oil changes done here on our Nissan Titan and our Ram 2500. Every time I take a road trip, which is often, I have them do an inspection to make sure I'm road worthy. Once again, today, I received outstanding service. Dylan and Priscilla always take good of us at the front desk and over the phone.
