The rides are completely outdated in both time and technology, the park is dirty everywhere (even right after opening), and many attractions are closed. Prices are outrageous, and on top of that, they try to charge you again inside for rides that should already be included in the ticket. The pasta and pizza buffet is a disgrace: cold pasta, poorly cooked, canned sauces, and microwave pizzas. We paid an insane €72 for 2 adults and 1 child, and they only allow 3 plates and 3 cups. If you want to change a plate or cup for another food or drink, you literally have to beg. They also have water rides and then charge you extra if you want to dry off. Tickets at the gate cost almost double compared to buying them online on their own website. The staff is neither friendly nor qualified. All in all, this is the worst theme park I've ever been to, and definitely one of the most expensive. A total rip-off.

Only a handful of "thrill" rides, but perfect for younger ones just getting started in the theme park world. There's too much to see in one day and a lot of time can be taken up queueing. There's a variety of fast pass options as add ons, but things sure add up quickly once you start doing that. Worth a visit, but download the app for a smoother day and guide to ride times.

Toad Hall Adventure play is open 7 days a week and offers soft play facilities for children from…read morebabies through to juniors. There's a good under 3s section with a ball pit and 2-stage climbing frame (soft). There are some sit-on soft toys and some blocks. The floor is a bit suspect and there's a bit of an old smell to the area - nothing terrible but you do notice it. The play equipment appears safe but could be in better condition. The main soft play is a triple height affair with climbing, balls, slides and chutes. It's safe and in better condition than the toddler area. At weekends and after school this place can get packed but, during the day it's not too bad. A cafe facility is available serving teas, coffees, soft drinks and snacks. The prices are reasonable. Tables are kept away from the soft play being behind a low wall. They are OK but there's not a good view of the play area meaning that it's hard to have a coffee and take care of your child. For many parents this just seems to mean that they don't watch their child and so you do have to be careful that your child doesn't get set upon by unrully kids. It's not a particularly comfortable place but it's a good local option for a rainy day. Car parking is available.
