After having to miss several days of work to attend court and dealing with countless hours of paperwork, time, money and stress we were awarded our money back! Only issue is that, this was in a April and here we are almost mid July and still have not received OUR money. I have contacted Mr. Pauldines attorney multiple times and have yet to receive and response forcing us to take further legal action. While im sure he already knows it and couldn't care less I must say he is quit simply a pile of garbage. Do not trust this man or any of his businesses (no matter what his friends and family say he is just another piece of local oswego TRASH that thinks he is something special) This establishment has lost their moral compass! everything was going so wonderfully, then Covid happened. Things continued to roll smoothly. ..or so we thought. we were reassured that our wedding would still be picture perfect and everything we ever imagined. Now here we sit 17 days before our wedding with no venue because we have too many guests. Detailed Covid regulations were withheld from us. We were just informed that we have too many guests and in order to proceed we must ask 24 guests to stay home, everyone must wear a mask while standing, there is absolutely no dance floor and you may not walk up to the bar for a drink. We were told 17 days before our wedding that everyone has to sit at their table for the entirety of the 5 hour reception except to get food or use the bathroom and there is absolutely no congregating. Within the last year Curtis Manor has done very little work for us as we have been doing nearly everything independently but they are keeping $2300 as a non refundable deposit. I am more upset than I am angered as none of this was our fault and we feel we have been scammed by Curtis Manor.

During process of meeting with contractors, so many characters gave us estimates that were either scarily low, or inflated. Mike and Jay' s rate was fair, and their work is second to none. They were reliable, honored their word, and never cut corners on build quality. Since our house was originally built in the late 40s, they came across some structural issues that really concerned us.. Mike and Jay were understanding to our dilemma and were able to "shore-up" load bearing walls while being always fair with their rate. It was a huge stress relief to know they were on the job and staying within their estimate. Even long AFTER they finished, I had an issue with one of smoke detectors they installed and the same day, they went to home depot and exchanged it for a new one. It's rare to find high quality, great service and fair price in one company, but Fleming Construction nails it.
