We contacted Mobile home parts 4 U and could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Davina and Randy. Davina came out and measured the Bay windows and doors we needed, ordered them, and delivered them in a timely and affordable manner. Randy ordered all the other windows and also delivered. We also bought new skirting, and other material. We could not have managed without them. Thank you Davina and Randy for your professionalism.

Installer got sick so we didn't know until day 9 the door was wrong. Unfortunately, he stated that's our problem even after I offered to pay a restocking fee and purchasing the correct door from him. Stated its not his fault customers don't read, and he can't be expected to take back items and lose money. The business model here is very short minded and not customer friendly. You take the extra step and build a relationship with your customers, not speak of policies that serve who? Anyone who in the serves business should use this review as the example of poor customer service.

I researched to the nth degree for years before custom building our new home. Decided on Wolf for our double griddle cooktop, Vent-a-Hood, Sub Zero, and mostly Miele appliances due to the fact that Miele lets you plumb your combination steam oven (my favorite appliance by far), 30" wall oven, and then their superb coffee maker, while Wolf does not. Our 2 Miele dishwashers are the best in the industry. Steve is the perfect appliance design pro, methodically working with our custom cabinet maker to ensure rough installation was a snap with super smart pro installer Victor and crew, and it was. Don't know who these miserable reviewers are here... We had an outstanding purchase and install experience with Specialty Appliances. I just wanted to say so. Thanks guys!

Was told l would get a call back that day and then they didnt. They don't seem to care about your time. Asked for a refund as again today told they can't help me with the scheduling Now l can't even get the refund and need to get a call back which they don't call you. Incompetent and stressful being a customer. So wouldn't use especially if you need an install as it just doesn't happen with them. Had used them before and took 3 times to get the dishwasher installed as first two times the dishwashers were damaged. Tried again with a microwave but after this will not use as wanting to also get a friddge and new washer/dryer. When being a customer is this stressful its just not worth repeat business.
