In search of a cozy place to stay between Loch Lomond and Glencoe? Ewich House B&B might be just what you're looking for. It's just off the roadway but the site is remarkably quiet and peaceful. I spent a few nights here and felt very much at ease in these beautiful surroundings. The grounds are yours to enjoy, and I found a great deal of relaxation out amongst the wonders of the rural countryside.
The facility is operated by such a pleasant couple (German speakers they are, by the way; I seem to recall hearing they were natives of Switzerland), and they'll gladly do all they can to make your stay pleasant. They offer a surprisingly nice breakfast as well.
The quality of the bedroom furnishings left a bit to be desired, but I had no problem resting well in spite of that. And the hot shower made up for any deficiency with the bedding, especially after long drives and many hikes. read more
