They aren't afraid to open another line if lines are getting long. Pharmacy is well stocked unlike competition in the area where I have had to wait a few days for medication to be in, this has only happened once at this pharmacy. Customer service is lacking at the Customer Service Center they are snarky and belligerent and won't answer questions and do not give information on how to actually resolve an issue including asking was there a general store manager. At this point, the Customer Service person was obtuse. I kept getting, "Good luck with that" or "Nothing I can do." I am sure that last line is true if they aren't trained to be unhelpful. Walmart's app often switches to different stores, so pay attention to where you are placing the order. It's downright sneaky that way. You cannot get your money back quickly. It took calling another store to actually get an 800 number where I could cancel my order. It ruined my holiday shopping in that I could not shop because my money was tied up with the canceled order and there is no local way to address the issue. So, while the Customer Service person was extremely rude about this fact, they actually do not know how to communicate well due to a problem they cannot fix and get no support from corporate on fixing their stupid app that is causing the error.

Great Bourbon set, I ended up buying Calumet Farms Small Batch and the Calumet Farm 10-year-old. Great price on both. The Small Batch was outstanding, but the 10 year was my favorite. I will be back to shop the other aisles soon, but those Bourbons are now my favorite.

However I do wish they would not use Amy's gluten-free because that's made in a week free factory and I've noticed they're gluten-free selection is gone down. I'm sure if I searched more I could probably find some more gluten free items but I really liked it when they had the gluten free but still it's an amazing store too bad I live far from waiting on from it but when I get to Rice lake I try and make it I think it's probably the last real grocery store left in the whole surrounding area. I dislike them making a big deal if I want to package up my own groceries. When raw meat is placed with my fruit, yeah no, you need more training. I do like the self service area when I can do it myself, but most of the time I use cash and have to be forced to repacking my groceries when I get to the car. The best reason to go there is the Caribou Coffee shop. They are the best. Far better in taste compared to the Starbucks one, oh and the service is down to earth and friendly. Barbara, First and foremost, we apologize your cookies didn't taste good. When you tried to 'return' them, you threw them into the office at the girl...our cameras saw that. We would have been more then happy to help you but it's hard to help a customer when they don't want to be helped. We understand the cookies could have tasted bad and would have offered you a full refund. Obviously, we still can, but remember, kindness goes a long way. Looking at all your Facebook posts it appears to me you don't like shopping at our store to begin with so I doubt anything we can do for you in the future would make you happy.
