What a great experience…read more We have had bigger dogs most of our lives and at one time had a Great Dane. We finally made the decision to get another Dane after looking at some puppies and falling in Love with a sweet little female. Everything we had found out about Danes suggests early training and while some trainers we talked to suggested waiting until she was as old as 6 months, after speaking with Linda for over an hour she convinced us that 8 weeks was not to early. With trepidation we took our puppy to Linda and Ray after only having her for a week. They both assured us that she would be fine and we would notice a difference in her after the two week training session ... and did we ever. First off ... we got pictures of her as well as video from the head trainer Ray Khatibi showing her progress with training. When we went to pick her up we were required to attend our training session that explained in detail what type of training she had received, what we would need to do to keep our dog trained, and the advantages of training with Euro Pro. It was also explained that when we boarded our dog again with Euro Pro that she would be reintroduced to all the training daily as a perk at no charge. That is a big plus. We are so happy we went with Euro Pro. Linda and Ray are both consummate professionals. Their love of what they do and level of professionalism are evident from the minute you meet them. Linda is a virtual encyclopedia of knowledge on all breeds of dogs and training while the new manager Ray Khatibi's easy going personality and keen sense of reading our dogs signals is amazing. When we board our dog at Euro Pro she always perks up and is happy to see Ray while Ray always offers advice on little traits he sees for us to work on at home. In addition, she always comes home, clean, retrained, and happy. We would not hesitate to recommend Euro Pro for training and have to friends and family.

She came out with trauma and more aggressive than she was before, what was really jarring to me as as I pulled away and she saw the owner Linda she wanted to attack her. Unfortunately, my dog is no longer here due to the fact, she passed away from bone cancer. I still feel guilty to this day that I ever sent my dog there and I still feel I should be owed a refund. I'm sure This woman owes plenty of people money. She should not be doing this as a business. She's a disgusting human being and a Ripoff and a scam artist. She had many dogs there in pens in the sun and I didn't think about it. I assumed no one would do this job or business and mistreat animals. It was awesome knowing they were with people who knew them and loved them. Our dog Charlie ran and jumped in the lake immediately! Happy as can be. A huge shoutout to Derrick! When our son was born 4 weeks early he went out of his way to pick our dogs up when we were stuck at the hospital. He truly loves the dogs and cares about the families. Your expertise, patience, and dedication put us in a positive direction with both. When Mio came to you, he was grieving with the loss of his brother Tuffy. He was sad, aggressive, and lost. You helped him gain his confidence back and let him find his happiness again with us. We brought an eight-week-old puppy, Enzo to our home about a month after the loss of our 12 year old Shih Tzu Tuffy. The puppy is adorable but has some personality quirks that have challenged us. You gave us the tools and information to help us deal with his severe separation anxiety. It is a journey for both of us. Your approach to training humans is paramount in the success and journey of training dogs. The human part of the training is to set yourself back to "zero". We had looked into a couple trainers, but knew that our Maya needed someone special to help bring out her personality. She was a shy, scared and nervous puppy when she checked into her Board and Train ("Boot Camp" is what we called it). What a difference even just a week made! We were able to visit Maya each weekend at the Gilchrist park/Farmers Market walk. Every time you could tell how much she had changed. Mark even took time with our son Hayden to coach him on how to work with her and his skills of handling her in the show ring. Every day we received videos and photos of our baby girl.
