I didn't get my dog back for two months because they were hiding an injury because the owner Linda likes to beat dogs. My dog went there for behavior training. She came out with trauma and more aggressive than she was before, what was really jarring to me as as I pulled away and she saw the owner Linda she wanted to attack her. Unfortunately, my dog is no longer here due to the fact, she passed away from bone cancer. I still feel guilty to this day that I ever sent my dog there and I still feel I should be owed a refund. I'm sure This woman owes plenty of people money. She should not be doing this as a business. She's a disgusting human being and a Ripoff and a scam artist. She had many dogs there in pens in the sun and I didn't think about it. I assumed no one would do this job or business and mistreat animals. This was 10 years ago and I'm still upset about bringing my dog there. I saw the owner was arrested she should lose everything she has. Rest in peace Cinder block

When we got them back they went from completely untrained to trained in every way! Door manners, in the car, on the leash, and other basic commands, you name it! They were crazy about food and now they will sit in front of food and wait to eat it when they are told. It's amazing! We then brought them back for a tune up when our son was born. It was awesome knowing they were with people who knew them and loved them. Our dog Charlie ran and jumped in the lake immediately! Happy as can be. A huge shoutout to Derrick! When our son was born 4 weeks early he went out of his way to pick our dogs up when we were stuck at the hospital. He truly loves the dogs and cares about the families. You can tell this is his passion and it shows through his work! Lastly, Anthony has been fantastic to work with throughout too! Due to him and Derrick we will continue bringing our dogs back here when we need boarding knowing they are in the BEST hands. If you're looking for a great training facility with the best people, look no further. You found them!

Advanced Canine Development did a wonderful job with fixing Axels overwhelming reactive behavior…read more They are the best trainers by far. Axel had been to at least 4 other trainers unsuccessfully before here. He had been to another board and train camp for a month and Advanced Canine Development trainers results far exceeded that place. Axel was very reactive and his 160 pounds of happiness would quickly become too much for the neighbors. Sometimes I think I am going to miss the rambunctious Axel. However his new found manners will result in far less bruises. Now I need to get neighbors in line. They also helped him be comfortable and calm around other dogs. They knew exactly what to do. The facility is very clean and spacious and they kept Axels safety in mind even in the 100 degree August weather. The trainers started work with him at 5 a.m. before the oppressive heat. Owner training included weekly pack walks, a visit to a restaurant with etiquette reminders, and one on one training with the owner.

Our Training Journey with Advance Canine Developments Mark,…read moreHayley, Erica, and Ali, we wanted to take this time to express our heartfelt thanks for the exceptional service and dedication that all of you provided in training our dogs Mio and Enzo. Your expertise, patience, and dedication put us in a positive direction with both. When Mio came to you, he was grieving with the loss of his brother Tuffy. He was sad, aggressive, and lost. You helped him gain his confidence back and let him find his happiness again with us. We brought an eight-week-old puppy, Enzo to our home about a month after the loss of our 12 year old Shih Tzu Tuffy. The puppy is adorable but has some personality quirks that have challenged us. You gave us the tools and information to help us deal with his severe separation anxiety. It is a journey for both of us. Your approach to training humans is paramount in the success and journey of training dogs. The human part of the training is to set yourself back to "zero". We had to acknowledge that we knew nothing about the training journey we were embarking on. All the dogs and experience before is just what it was ...before! We are learning to use our experience and knowledge to apply to our puppy, Enzo, and our six-year-old Mio who are different dogs with different personalities. We are grateful for the positive impact you've had on both of our dog's behavior and our overall relationship. Mio and Enzo will continue their training journey with us and an occasional refresher back at the training facility at Advanced Canine Development! Regards, Jack and Bridget Pantaleo Punta Gorda, Florida
