Bam! Not to get too graphic for you, but well, uhh... you see I work out... and fungus like sweat…read moreand showers, and all that... and sooo. Man, this is embarrassing. I got athletes foot, which snowballed into toe nail fungus, which later in life made me more susceptible to fungal and skin infections. Eww. Went to my M.D. --- Oh yeah, well we have prescription Lamasil, but you need blood tests and it may kill you. Well only 1 in 10,000 die from it sooo, you can take that. Covered by your insurance! Yay. Option 2: Contracted staph from a playing Jiu-Jitsu at several places in town. Went to the M.D. ---Okay, we got it, prescription Lamasil topical cream, just rub this everywhere. IT MADE MY HAIR FALL OUT! I'm 30, so that can start to happen, but c'mon, tell me what the stuff is going to do! Argh. Now I'm shopping for rogaine. Went to see GroundSpring. "Do you have anything?" Oh sure, just take this herb twice a day and EVERYTHING will go away. Now understand that I had cracked flaky skin on my hands, red spots on my neck and chest, athletes foot, the whole gamut. Within days it ALL started to clear up. It's not medicine, it's HEALING. If you're ready for it, call GroundSpring man, it's the best recommendation I can give.

Brilliant, compassionate. They Saved my son's life. We cannot thank them enough…read more Extreme damage from Celiacs.

Dr. Oltman and the team at Cascade Regenerative Medicine were amazing from the initial consult…read morethrough follow-up. I received PRP + hyaluronic acid injections for proximal knee bone fissures and an associated post-trauma soft tissue cyst, and I am still pain-free 6 months later. I also had significant pain reduction from PRP injections that helped reduce inflammation related to herniated discs and degenerative bone disease in my c-spine and t-spine. The entire team was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. I highly recommend Cascade Regenerative Medicine to anyone seeking thoughtful, effective regenerative care.

I initially met Dr. Sam Oltman while he was working at another clinic in Lake Oswego circa 2020…read more At the time, I was experiencing some gnarly forearm pain stemming from some lateral epicondylitis tendinitis that PT just couldn't fix. I met with Sam, and we worked on a recovery plan involving PRP. Within 8-10 week I was fully healed, lifting weights, doing pull-ups, living life like it never happened. I later went on to utilize the same approach on multiple other tendinopathy issues with Sam. Recently (Oct. 2025) I had a rotator cuff flare up and once again PT just wasn't cutting it for my recovery. I found out Dr. Sam had opened his own clinic, met with him, and he meticulously combed through my shoulder with the ultrasound device and we pinpointed some definite spots that needed some love. Within 30 minutes I was in and out-- and I couldn't even feel the pinch of the needle. Sam and Karla (front desk) are kind, thorough and I truly felt like they had my best interest at heart, and weren't just shoving treatment at me for a quick buck. Highly recommend if you're a weightlifter or someone in a physically demanding job field. Check them out.

Simply amazing! My shoulder and arm was in terrible pain for weeks that woke me up during the night…read moreand had me taking ibuprofen and tylenol several times per day just to get through the pain. I went to my doctor and they did an ultrasound and took xrays, the did blood work, analyzed my mobility, and they couldn't find anything. Told me to take ibuprofen and tylenol for the pain and that was that. Thankfully, I was referred to Back To Life, and Ali specifically by my coach to whom I had been complaining due to the pain of various exercises. At this point I was so desperate for help and just didn't know what to do. This sounds made up, but after two sessions, the pain subsided. It still hurt, but it seemed as though it was improving. After three sessions, the pain no longer woke me up at night and I stopped wearing compression sleeves and took far less pain killers. After the fourth session, the pain just evaporated. It's been a couple of months now and there is absolutely no pain. I honestly cannot thank Dr. Ali Khoshbin enough. He quite literally took away the pain that I had been suffering from for weeks. Thank you so much!!!! /Spencer K. Hunter/

I gave two stars because the people who work there seem very nice. I've been to the NE Fremont…read morelocation in Beaumont Wilshire for two different problems over a 12 year period of time. The first time I noticed I was overcharged for my copays then months later received a refund. The second time I went there I was overcharged for copayments as well. I need to call them about the refund. What I didn't care for was I only had the physical therapist for 20 - 30 minutes. The warmup was with an assistant then I worked with the PT then was handed back to the assistant to finish the routine. The PT then works with a new client. I just had surgery and decided to go elsewhere to see if there were any differences. For starters they charged the correct copay. Then best of all I spend the entire hour with the PT. I will not be a returning customer to Therapeutic Associates, they seem to be more concerned with maximizing profits than customer care.

As another reviewer said, this is a good place to go if you don't have any goals…read more I was in the earliest phase of recovering from major shoulder surgery which has a long rehab protocol. I was apparently farmed out to assistants and aids. Each visit was chaos with at least 2 and sometimes 3 seemingly random people rotating in and out during my visit, telling me what to do, not providing much in the way of instructions or feedback. Sometimes instructions were contradictory between staff. I repeatedly asked that exercises be written down and put on their patient portal which they did not do. Most of the time I did very little therapy other than to play with hand putty. As best I could tell, there was no organized plan of therapy, or at least it was not shared with me, for the 1st phase of rehab. When I later asked about the contradictory information I was getting, the response was "well you were not made any worse". In summary, if you are serious about your rehab, this isn't the place to go.
