My personal and family's interaction with David Gluckle and his agent Tiffani have been absolutely…read morehorrendous. Be careful when considering this agency...We have had nationwide insurance for over 20 years without a single claim. My father and I have a small rental property business. My father ran the business until 84 years of age. I started taking over managing the business and digging into the insurance we had. As usual rates had continued to increase but no claims filed. Come to find out two of the houses had been dropped from the commercial policy without any notice from nationwide or David and his assigned agent(s)and had been uncovered for almost a year leaving us exposed to significant risk. In addition, after speaking with my father of 84 years of age he had expressed rates continuously increasing even though no claims had been filed in 20 years. I began to ask my dad about his understanding of our coverage....David's agency did not explain, educate my father that add ons had been made to the policy.... Example sewer back up, and business loss insurance etc... David nor his agent had ever set down and truly explained or educated my father regarding what coverage he was paying for. We had incurred tens of thousands of dollars in sewer back ups and business income loss over the years but he never knew it and therefore never filed a claim, which David's agency is bonused on. To add insult to injury just yesterday after more than a month of trying to get insurance coverage figured out on the two dropped homes David sends me a letter from nationwide dated December 15 of 2025 stating the properties are still covered he also states that by end of day he will send rest of documents I requested. As usual, with David, nothing was received so I followed up. David tells me that nationwide sent him the wrong document and he was at an appointment and mistakenly sent that document to me and he had forgotten about the request to send the additional documents. This is the third time that documents have been mistakenly sent to me... documents stating that I do or don't have insurance or there will be no re-newal...David always blames it on Nationwide.... Saying Nationwide really fuc... Up. My father has been so upset about this he was visibly shaking yesterday. After I asked one of his agents not to contact him that he is no longer the managing partner she contacted him anyway and told him that we would have to pay 2300$ to get the policy re-instated, which was completely false. Again, she had not done her homework. Bottom line is, two rental properties still have no insurance coverage after more than a month of trying to get answers from David and one of his agents. My personal opinion is David is too busy trying to expand his business and collecting bonuses and insurance premiums. No education on policies, poor follow-up and resolution on urgent matters, unprofessional language and rude communication on phone calls, lack of taking any accountability or responsibility in a lapse of coverage.
