Since Evolve management has decided to block and not post my genuine concerns on the community page as told by KIM in leasing office, they will not let any negative comments. I have every right to leave my comments as an active current resident. I will post online for everyone to see and read. Evolve management blame yourself for this, I called the office a day still same attitude shame on you Ricky manager for putting the residents through this; SARA S I see no reason for people to be on here attacking, slandering and making obnoxious accusations towards office staff that are just doing their job. As frustrating as it might be, they are just following what today's protocol is. As for communication about the closing/opening of amenities, check your email, we do get informed. I've also seen the information online about community pools (such as ours) being opened during business hours so that social distancing/rules can be monitored. It's common sense. I don't think coming on a community forum bashing, being accusatory and childish is the best way to spend your time. We are all frustrated and saddened Im sure, with the way things are these days. I had a harassment encounter with two office staff Ricky and Hunter at the gym, wrote them an official letter from an attorney 3 weeks ago no response till date, sent additional emails both to the leasing office and cooperate office still no response, asked to speak to the next in command whose name I was given as Roxanne Nelson two weeks ago still no response, residents having the pools closed in the summer time both pools and hours reduced with temperatures ranging 120s in the desert, gyms operated with no hand santizers both upstairs and downstairs, no one doing any kind of social distancing and temperature checks and they will cite cutting amenities hours back due to covid19 no it is their own agenda and does not favor the residents. As an active current resident why will the manager deny to post concerns from residents that are negative? It is my basic right to voice my concerns that are negative, and yes his done that on several occasions atleast 4 times with me. Read other reviews from other residencies. Westcorp says amenities are complimentary? What? Pools are complimentary in the desert? You decide to close and open it when you choose to? Leasing staff talking to residents they way they choose to.You can not silent me from voicing my concerns. You know I've held off on writing a review even though I probably should have when I moved so here we go. Last November I had to move from this complex because I paid my rent with a cashiers check and low and behold, it somehow got misplaced even though the signed a copy of the check and gave it back to me.. apparently they refused to take responsibility of it and forced me out of my apartment and I had to rush to live somewhere else. Since then they've added on a bunch of fees and damages to the apartment even though I informed maintenance of the closet falling before I moved. So now I can not move anywhere because they have charged a balance onto my credit even though I wouldn't of had to move in the first place if my cashiers check was never misplaced, which is what they fail to realize. They said "oh what we had is the customer copy" Well Evolve it's not my job to make sure you guys have the right copy or not.. so again , if you want to risk renting with an incompetent staff that seems to want to take advantage of you and blame you for their mistakes, go ahead and rent here. Ricky is trash and so are the other managers. The walls are thin here anyways so it's not even remotely worth the price. Find an Ovation Property to rent from, they are much better in my opinion. Westcorp and all their properties can go to hell. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Here's proof that I paid the rent and how they tried to blame me for it. How can you say i brought in a customer copy when i handed you the full cashiers check and you tore off what you needed and took a copy, I'm sure they can see it on camera but they are pieces of shit here. Instead of just allowing me to continue my lease and pay once US Bank reissued the check, they did all they could to rush me out of my apartment. So just beware. read more

Newest update: Landscaping begins at 7am, yes 7am there are leaf blowers, gardeners and trash pickup making insanely loud amounts of noise outside until about 8:30am. I've again reported this to the office at least 7 times in a little over a year with NO RESOLUTION. You would think that with most people being home right now because of the stay at home order they would be a bit more considerate, think again. No one in the office cares to help nor will they ever adapt. It's gotten to the point that i am completely fed up and have already contacted HUD and will be filing a complaint with the health department. As other reviews have mentioned the air conditioning does not filter properly in the unit causing the unit to be extremely hot, the toilet constantly backs up over a few squares of tissue, the dog park has constant feces laying around OUTSIDE of this area and smells absolutely horrid, there have been people using the jacuzzi even though the amenities are "closed" right now and security says they can't do anything, there has been mold growing in my dishwasher for MONTHS, again no resolution from the office. I strongly encourage everyone to contact HUD and the legal council to help with a resolution. No one in the on-site office nor their "corporate" office gives a crap app they want is your money. Im sure a large part of it has to deal with the fact that the so called property manager Jed is the company owners son so he feels entitled and does whatever he wants to because he basically owns the company because of his rich ceo daddy. read more

Update time yet again. It has now been 35 minutes since the first trash vendor came onsite banging and whipping the bins, yep you read that correct: at 6:20AM !!! I've now talked to 4 of my neighbors who have complained to the office which apparently there's a new manager and yet they keep receiving the excuse that the trash company has a set schedule. Interestingly enough I reached out to Republic Services earlier this week who confirmed the management has full control over who comes onsite at what time on their property, another lie were being told by westcorp. I reached out and called the office requesting to speak with the new manager and was told he'll call me back; that was last Tuesday- still no call. Yet many people neighbors have seen him walking around the complex mid day smoking a cigarette- interesting as I thought this was a SMOKE FREE community. I've had it up to my wits end with these ridiculous people and have already reached out to the Nevada real estate division, the Nevada health district and the better business bureau. Enough is enough and we've all tried to be patient but clearly these people don't give a crap about anything besides collecting rent. Maybe if we contact fox5 news and tell the world how we're being treated (especially with 95% of people being home during a pandemic) the management will pay us some attention, since we all know how much the owner loves TV recognition. read more

Where do i begin.. Let me say that being in the military for the past decade this is the worst i have every seen a brand new complex.The pool area is disgusting , the trash cans are over filling.Then there is the yellow eviction stickers over everyones door, wow what a good look. There is absolutely no vetting of the tenants or this would not happen. Then there is the parking issue, they now assign spaces that are not even remotely close to your apt. Which leads me to the next problem of crime, since you can't watch your car my husbands wheel was stolen. Yes i said wheel, they stole one wheel. Parking is the worse of any place i have every been to. People drive to the pool and take up the unassigned spaces. The bottom line is there is no management at the property . All of the problem are fixable. People are backing large trucks under the awning, this makes no sense . Also the gates are never closed and any one can enter. There is also an issue with the mailing address so could luck trying to get packages. The parking lot is filthy, no where to lock up your bikes, no where to wash your cars. I could write for a week but you get my point. This place has went down hill fast... Stay away.... And the animals just run freely, again none of the rules are enforced... read more

Ok. I have the misfortune of having to pick my children up from this place on a weekly basis . First off lets talk about the lack of security at this place. The gates are never shut , which means whoever can just drive right in. Don't believe me , just go try it. Secondly the amount of crime that takes place is outrageous . My daughters skates were stolen of the front porch . Bike are stolen regualry because there is know were to lock them up. Every other apt complex that i have been to has had bike racks at each building. Don't even think about taken children to the pool, things go on there that makes most adults blush. Management obviously doesn't care, because i have witnessed this for well over a month. I think this place could turn around if the right management was in place and the rules were enforced. I was researching for apartments out in Henderson and i came across Evolve Apartments. I read the reviews and i was looking for Candy but she was no longer working there. Michelle greeted me with open arms and a warm smile. Michelle took me on a tour of the complex and was very thorough. I went looking for a one bedroom but i fell in love with a two bedroom two bath and the prices there are very reasonable. This place has the amenities of a 5 star resort. Evolve is a beautiful place. She did an outstanding tour. She was very attentive and answered every question i threw her way. She has impeccable customer service and really knows her property. So if anybody is looking for a place to call home, i give Evolve a 10 star rating for amenities and the customer service Michelle gave. read more

I moved here May 1st and I can't say enough about the staff and their professionalism. They are very friendly and what I liked about the leasing process is that, there was clarity and honesty all along. There were no sales pitches nor any false promises like other apartment complexes. Is a great value I believe, being in a location where everything is so close to you. Leeanica from the leasing office was great, patient and friendly and hasn't change a bit since then. Sturbucks coffee every morning at the lobby, you can't beat that. Gym, Sauna and Steam room 24 hours, I love it here after moving from LA where I place like Evolve, will easily cost you over 2,500.00 a month. Cheers.... I see you by the pool..!!! read more

This complex is racist and disgusting. Below are photos of the front desk staff member and her family screaming the N word at the pool like ignorant humans. When I asked them to relax there's babies at the pool. They jumped me while calling me a N**r. But that's not the disgusting part. The disgusting part is the manager RICKY that gave them my information so they can press charges on ME so it would be hard to sue the complex which I'm positive is ILLEGAL . Whatever you do, don't move there. I helped a friend move in and i was there a total of 4 1/2 days. Yes the apartments are new but the they don't screen any of there tenants. In less than a week tools were stolen from the back of a truck a grill was stolen from the patio. Another neighbor advised that a package was stolen from her doorstep. Management don't care, just go the pool and take a look for yourself. There is absolutely no rules ,drinking and people acting without insouciant are the norm. Dogs just run loose through out the place.If you are looking for a place where you don't have to follow any of the rules of the complex then this is your place. read more

Candy helped me from the leasing office. She made it so simple and so easy. She answered all my questions and concerns and went above and beyond what was expected. She also has some good help when it comes to moving! Just ask her. Even my shy kids loved her and she was very sweet to them. Maintenance is fast and on top of things if needed. All the other stuff I worked with briefly, but they were super nice and helpful too. Jed the Manager is organized and super friendly as well. In addition to all of this, these apartments are brand new and nobody lived in mine so that made it perfect for allergies to pets and overall cleanliness. read more

I stay at the Evolve Apartments at 3140 St. Rose Pkwy in Henderson. It is just an amazing place to live. It has everything one would need and I love my apartment. What really makes living there great is the amazing, cool management staff: Leeanica, Michelle, Kim, Hunter, and Jed who are as good as it gets. I really enjoy getting a cup of coffee in the the lounge and chatting with everyone. We all laugh so hard which is a really great way for me to start off my day. I feel like family around them. I would recommend this place to anyone and I've had to lease from the management team at the EVOLVE APARTMENTS! read more

Love my new home! I have been living here for a few months and I am so glad to make this home. I am really close to my work which is why I chose this property. The staff is great and friendly!!! Kudos to the hard working maintenance team who is always responsive when I needed things to get done. I have found that I love my white cabinets and my hardwood floor. It's is very quiet and safe when I walk towards the clubhouse. I love the gym and the fitness studio! I definitely need to utilize the FREE fitness classes and the E-Lounge but soon I will. Stylish sleek and home for me! I love living here I have a fun extended patio/porch to hang out on or have the kids sit and have lunch! My apartment is beautiful with hard floors and stainless steel appliances! The in unit washer and dryer is so ideal with children. The amenities that evolve offers is like living in a hotel resort 24/7. The three pools , pool table shuffle board and theater room are a fun spot for friends to come over and entertain! I would have to say the gym is evolving but it's not yet enough to leave my own gym for. read more

Modern and Brand New This property is truly unique. The resident amenities are high quality. The bedrooms are fit for two adults. Nice and large !! The staff is very professional and friendly. there are 2 things to improve. 1st get rid of that manager who dont take care of the property because he trys saving money for halloween decorations. under pays the staff alone, has the staff cleaning empty units, and best thing ever take a machine and tear envole down. its the ghetto. worse then then the getto. this place should be given free to homless people to stay . heck they probley wouldn't be want to stay here either the nastiest,place in the whole henderson. don't move here!!! im so serious too. read more

She will always follow through and continue to check on you every step of the way, Michelle is truly instrumental when it comes to her customer service. Very disappointed with the management. My washer has been broken for over 2 weeks, and despite calling the manager many times, no one has come to fix it. There has been no follow-up or clear communication at all. Not having a working washer for this long has seriously affected my daily life, costing me extra time, money, and stress. This level of neglect is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on the poor maintenance response. read more

Evolve has been our home since September 2018! We Love our home, the area, and all the amenities! I have to say Michelle has been hands down the best to us since living here. She really does go above and beyond for the Evolve community and has been a wonderful manager. She has always been here for us with a smiling face eager to help any way she can.
