Combine a referral with anecdotes of consistent, dependable, and superb service? Well, why go to any other auto shop? -5 years ago I brought in my car to get the clutch replaced. In researching different shops in the area, I remember reading some reviews of other auto shops where people would get their clutches replaced and 1.5-2 years later they go back to the same auto shop when the clutches fail. The auto shop advised them that clutch lifespan is not predictable. I'm no mechanic, all I know is that the clutch replacement K-N performed is still running strong 5 years later. -My exhaust manifold had a crack and needed to be replaced. K-N was able to get it done for 20% lower than another shop I received a quote from. -Took my car into another shop to get my A/C refreshed as it was cheaper. After getting the car serviced there was no discernible difference in the coolness of the air. Called the shop to see what they had done (did they actually refresh and then re-charge or did they just "top off" the refrigerant?). They couldn't tell me exactly what was done as they left no notes in their system. Decided to go to K-N instead and the A/C is now as cold as it should be. Why go anywhere else? I certainly won't.

If you go somewhere else to have work done, it makes him very upset, and then he'll give you the boot for not using him exclusively--even though he's often extremely slow to schedule you in.
