I asked them to leave the top soil removed in a pile that I had to tear up some sod and re seed a big area of my lawn. They figured "meh, it will take him a day with a shovel and take us 5 minutes with the excavator." and just removed the sod and even carted it away, then filled and graded it for me. No charge. Friendly guy too. They're a bit booked up in peak season, but if you're good, who isn't? It feels good to leave a positive review of a kijiji-found contractor for once. Highly reccomended.
