It was just interesting and funny to me because there were crossfit members in their ready for their class but those members were not as friendly as the owner but that's a normal crossfit issue. When I attempted to resolve this directly with management, including speaking with Keanu Latinette, the interaction was disappointing. Instead of maintaining a calm and professional tone, the conversation became unnecessarily confrontational. I was simply requesting a reasonable downgrade consistent with the services actually being provided. Rather than working toward a fair resolution, the gym continues pursuing substantial charges. If you are considering the Premier tier, verify amenity availability and exclusivity in writing before signing. Transparency and professionalism matter.
