Firstly I found this place by googling my area for massages. I called them and was placed on a wait…read morelist in February. They called me a couple times leaving voicemails asking "if I'd like to be removed from their list". I never called back ... thinking how disappointing it was that they are trying to remove a new client from their services. Tuesday I received a call advising me a massage appointment had opened up with an RMT (which is what I'd requested. I asked how long the appointment was for, the receptionist replied 45 minutes. I advised her that I normally would not consider any appointment shorter than 60 minutes. I was informed that after this initial appointment it would be easier for me to get into longer appointments. I did need a massage for an extenuating issue with my low back and was able to go.. so I thought why not. I was advised to come 15 minutes prior to my appointment to complete paper work, which I did. Then the therapist takes me into the room and informs me she'll be doing a hot/cold rock treatment on me - what the hell? I confirmed this was never mentioned to me (I was ok with it - however this was not ever told to me prior to my arrival and I do think it absolutely should have been) She then proceeded to go over my paper work... demanding to know things that seemed rather irrelevant like "oh we absolutely need to know the last prior chiropractor you used" and "you've never been hospitalized for anything like ever" seemingly making this discussion on the paper work Longer than it needed to be... well at the end once I finally got to the massage part which was quite nice.. but was only like 20 minutes after going through all the paperwork (some pages even tell you not to complete until you sit with the therapist). All in all ... the place looked nice. The service although not what I was expecting and absolutely not with 90$ for 20 minutes. It's just too bad the feeling I got was they just want your money rather than actually healing people. Especially when initially they kept calling to see if I could be "removed from the list@ The lady I seen with the rocks said she never does more that 45 minutes so she can see 9 people a day @90$ a pop... which is really only a 20 minute massage after all the reviewing of your needs. Too bad this was such a bad experience as it's close to my home. It's odd they are aparantly so busy yet have no reviews... Anyways just wanted to share my experience
