The trainers from Evolution test your limits. They test them whether you're a super fit marathon runner or a grandmother of five. Even in the group sessions they try to hone in on weaknesses (and strengths) which is a killer when you've had a few too many drinks the night before. I like them because they know their stuff. Rod and Brooke always have tips and news of the latest research findings on health and fitness - they know a bit about the fads but have enough general knowledge to give an unbiased and informed opinion on them.
There are a lot of personal trainers down at Balmoral in the morning but I feel pretty confident that Evolution are the team to train will. They keep things fresh, adding new exercises and routines each week - pilates, kettle bell training, beach sprints, boxing and a range of resistance training. They're also fun and social. My sister who trains with them now goes out regularly with a bunch of women she met through the sessions. read more
