I was very impressed with her. The downside...we're on day eight after our photo session and we have yet to receive our photos. Both time's we've been here, it's taken over the expected amount of time to get our photos back. We've got a first birthday party that I wanted to have invites out for...by this week, but it's Saturday and I'll not have the chance to get them printed and in the mail now until next week. That's extremely upsetting. Then when you get them, you only have seven days to download them all before your gallery expires...that's stupid. This company needs to use a different gallery if it's too much to store them a little longer. Update: I just called the store and asked when I'd be getting the photos. She said she could have them sent out in two hours. I'd say...they haven't even been edited or uploaded yet. It's been eight days. Their website says to expect two days for the online gallery...as much as I love the photographer/owner and the backgrounds, I can't use these guys again because other companies can give me the same or better quality in less time.

Though I knew she was a great photographer I was still a little surprised when I saw how good our photos looked. I didn't think that I could look that good; these were the best pictures I had ever seen of myself. But it's not like she made my wife and I look like models from a bridal magazine. She captured our personalities wonderfully and I think the photos do a excellent job of capturing the joy we felt on our wedding day. I should also comment on how easy it was to work with Mckenzie. She was flexible, reliable, and fun to be around. We felt very comfortable during the shoots which I'm sure helped us get great pictures, but it also made the experience of having your picture taken over and over again unexpectadly fun. It took almost a year for this vendor to finally return their many phone calls and emails. After over a year, the vendor finally responded and posted the photos online. I've made two phone calls and two emails in an attempt to purchase photos. Nobody has responded. I will wait to see if this review prompts a return call.
