Most if not all of the reviews on wedding websites are very positive and the price is great. When we booked we paid in full which meant we were guaranteed to have our video back 60 days after our wedding day. Ryan completely ghosted us and we could not get in contact with him no matter what we tried. I text, called, emailed three different emails, and even messaged on Instagram and nothing. When it got to be over a month past when we were supposed to have our video and we still hadn't heard anything, I started to feel desperate. I messaged multiple people who had liked his latest Instagram post (which he posted after our wedding video was due) and someone got back to me. This person messaged him on Facebook and he finally called me back. He gave excuses and gaslit me but he finally sent the video. I watched the first two minutes and they looked good, but after that the video was a complete mess. He never finished it. There were sections that were completely black for 30-45 seconds. A clip of our family had a blue error message over it. There were barely any clips of my husband and I together. I am so disappointed and heart broken. I can't believe what it took to finally get a response from this man. Do not do not do not book him. A complete nightmare.

The traffic near the building occasionally had sound issues, but it's on par with sound you would get anywhere else. Also be forewarned that it is on the second floor with stairs. I was very impressed with her. The downside...we're on day eight after our photo session and we have yet to receive our photos. Both time's we've been here, it's taken over the expected amount of time to get our photos back. We've got a first birthday party that I wanted to have invites out for...by this week, but it's Saturday and I'll not have the chance to get them printed and in the mail now until next week. That's extremely upsetting. Then when you get them, you only have seven days to download them all before your gallery expires...that's stupid. This company needs to use a different gallery if it's too much to store them a little longer. Update: I just called the store and asked when I'd be getting the photos. She said she could have them sent out in two hours. I'd say...they haven't even been edited or uploaded yet. It's been eight days. Their website says to expect two days for the online gallery...as much as I love the photographer/owner and the backgrounds, I can't use these guys again because other companies can give me the same or better quality in less time.
