The last time I went in, the new guy working seemed kind of dumb though, so I give them only three stars. I needed a cabin air filter, which I knew they keep behind the counter and he had no idea where it was. he also kept forgetting the make of my car so I repeated it to him three times. I drive a VW Jetta so sometimes their policies against my car seem a bit strange. I mean, who hasn't owned one? But I get the Euro-import discrimination often so I'm used to it.

RW is using Yakima to find any loophole they can to exclude warranty coverage. Do not give them your business. Rack warehouse will abandon customers at the first sign of cost to them. Even their return process shows there lack of care by charging a 6% restock fee. Avoid Rack Warehouse and go to Amazon, they take returns and do not fight for faulty construction. Products are made outside the US and are the very same quality. Should have used amazon to start with. If your product fails, do not provide them with any info except a basic photo, they will use anything they can to avoid a costing them $$.

The receptionist Lynn was the MOST helpful and utterly amazing helping me navigate my insurance and figure out what was going to happen. I wish I could recall the gentleman's name who worked out back, but he was also amazing. I picked up my car this AM after repairs took about a week and I can't stop staring at my car. They were indeed booked, but took my number and promised to squeeze me in as soon as possible. To my surprise, it was only an hour wait before they called me.
