My friend (Tesla owner) and I stopped by here to charge up his car - it was in the evening on the weekend, so Costco was already closed - the overhead lights for this lot was off. Not sure if it was turned off or reliant on Costco time, or just burned out - but having the lights off in this lot that was already at a corner of the massive plaza gave it a bit of a sketchy feeling. There was also some sort of unofficial dump thing going on at the far end of this lot. Charge speed was relatively fast, I don't believe I've ever seen this station full - even during peak hours when I'm driving past here in my non-Tesla/EV.
