Given that this is such a busy location and very difficult to maneuver, very hard to move from charging station to charging station without having someone else cut in. The location used to be perfect, a Starbucks used to be across the street making it very convenient for a morning stop. But not sure it's worth it anymore. The other frustration is that I will spend at least an hour and a half on hold calling Tesla support to notify them that they have two stations down when I'm certain they can see that they're down. as of this post, charging stations 3B and 5B are not operational. Most people will run into the Safeway to kill time or just wait in their cars. There isn't a place for cars to queue if all the spots are full which is very likely. It was a very chilly day also so after walking about 10 minutes i decided to just run back to my car and not even wait until the car was done charging.
